We called ServePro after a broken running toilet on our second floor resulted in water coming through our first floor kitchen ceiling and through to the basement. It was a big mess but could have been so much worse! With the technicians that helped us they were able to save our wood floors and get rid of any moisture remaining from the event. They had to cut out ceilings on two levels and the care they took in keeping the mess contained and as minimal as possible was amazing. I was beyond impressed with the service and if anyone finds themselves in an emergency situation with their home you will want to contact Nick and his ServePro team!! 100% satisfaction and 5 stars!

ServPro was very informative about the process of remediating the mold issue caused by extreme humidity in a seldom used area of our home. Keith answered all our questions and made sure the issue was eliminated and preventative measures were taken to prevent its return. SERVPRO does excellent work and all employees are friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Nick and the entire ServPro of North Oklahoma City team were more than fantastic to work with during our recent house flood. They arrived quickly after our initial call, jumped right in to action, and were informative throughout the entire process. Their follow up has been top notch and we would highly recommend this team should you find yourself in need of their services.

Our sewer line backed up after the recent heavy rains and flooded our basement - a very big mess and beyond our ability to clean and dry. ServPro came out quickly and thoroughly explained the clean up process. They removed the contaminated rug and pad. They had all of the equipment to quickly and efficiently dry, clean, and disinfect the area. The disinfectants used were EPA approved and non-toxic. Communication with Keith and his crew was excellent. Very satisfied with the job completed.

I did a Google search when my house-sitter popped a positive test for Covid-19. Servpro was the main one to come up. My wife called while we were planning on driving to our house after being on a almost 2 month vacation in our motorhome.

An hour later, I heard from Josh who was kind and professional on the phone! He explained everything that they do in a positive case scenario.

We were trying to get someone ASAP since we have been gone from our animals and nephews for almost 2 months and less than 24 hours from original call, they had Sandy on the way!

I think what stood out the most to me was their honesty. They were upfront the whole time. I was told an incorrect price and Josh called back immediately and informed me of a lower price. They could have easily billed the higher rate and pocketed the money but they didn’t!

I’m definitely keeping their contact info in my phone….but knock on wood….hopefully I’ll never need Covid cleaning again!!!hahaha

We had extensive water damage in a large commercial building. Keith Cochran, Damion and their crew were very professional and courteous. They were flexible to our business hours of operation and were always prompt. They answered all my many questions along the way and they did a great job! I would highly recommend this company. Just don't plant a rubber snake for them to accidently find (ha!)

Keith and his crew definitely know what they’re doing. My wife and I were in a panic when our water softener malfunctioned and dumped several thousand gallons of water onto our floor. Once we discovered it, we didn’t know who to call, so I reached out to Keith. He and his guys showed up two hours later and got to work. They had the water gone and the damaged floor and baseboards removed in no time. They left the dehumidifiers and fans running continually for the next five days until everything is completely dry. One of his guys came and checked on things every day without fail. But the best things about it was every one of his people, work, professional, and courteous, and very respectful every time I interact with him. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they will definitely be the only people I call.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received, and quick response. We just moved to Piedmont, and our bathroom was flooded, with some water puddling into the closet. The workers were very professional and we would highly recommend this company to anyone else in a similar situation.

Servpro came to our home on Christmas Eve morning, 2023, to help with water damage due to a water break. I had use them in 2021 and did not hesitate to call for help again.
