Juan and the team he had with him were quickly dispatched to our home on a Friday evening. After the initial clean up he was on time every day for a week to check on the progress of drying everything out. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and how they took care of our belongings. Thanks Servepro, Juan and team!

Everyone at Servpro in OKC were so helpful. They were able to get techs out asap to help with a flooding issue in our home. Aaron, Devin, and Juan were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helped us understand everything that was happening, what needed to happen, and how it needed to happen. Would recommend them to anyone and would call them again if necessary!

Aaron was great! He came out right after the plumbers finished fixing our busted pipe. He had the walls dried out faster than expected. Very polite and professional.
Keith came out to give us an estimate on repairing the walls. He was very kind and professional as well. He said he could have it finished this week!
Cathy has been wonderful to work with as well. She has been great getting me all the paperwork I need for our business and answering all my questions.

Servpro is truly the best company I have ever worked with. After my home was severely flooded (twice) they were the only team I trusted to help me through it.
The first time, they arrived quickly, handled the situation with urgency, and dried out the walls before things got worse. The second flood happened after another plumbing company caused even more damage, and once again, Servpro stepped in immediately to help me.
Juan, Aaron, and the entire crew were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, polite, trustworthy, and incredibly hard working. They treated my home with care, explained everything clearly, and did an outstanding job mitigating the water damage both times.
Dealing with major water damage is stressful and heartbreaking, but having Servpro (especially Juan and his team) made a huge difference. I’m truly grateful for their support and the quality of their work. They are the BEST! Highly recommend!

Above all he is HONEST! He explained everything in detail and in the end, there were no surprises or additional costs.
He worked directly with our insurance company and handled every aspect of the issue. That took a great load off of my wife and me, which allowed us to handle other tasks without worrying about the roof replacement.
His crews did an excellent job removing and replacing our roof and they got it completed a lot quicker than we expected. Overall Excellent job and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any and all roofing needs you may have.

Colton and his team did a phenomenal job for me. They replaced my roof and gutters in just one day all at a fair price. Everything was brought up to code. You can’t go wrong with Tusk Roofing.

Based on my overall experience I do not recommend this company. Initially, things seemed positive as they were very helpful in getting the roofing process started. However, as the process unfolded, my perception changed. I should have saw the red flags when they kept trying to get me to pay without completing everything they were suppose to do first. I had to state several times that I would not finish payment until completion.

I ended up paying half when a little over half the work was done. When they completed the rest I paid the remaining amount. I was told the day of payment I would be sent my receipt, warranty information and my completion certificate. I stated to the owner Colton that my insurance was requesting this information and it was very important that I get it. It was never sent. I sent various texts to the owner concerning this issue. As soon as I paid he stopped replying to me. I find it very shady that they wouldnt want to provide a receipt for completed work. If the work was properly completed why havent I received documentation of that? Now I feel as though the job was not completed properly.

Even after seeking legal advice and sending a demand letter for the paperwork, they remained unresponsive. Their mishandling of this situation has not only left me frustrated but has also affected my ability to secure a new insurance rate post-roof completion. My roof was completed in July. I waited a long time to leave a review because I wanted to give them a chance to provide me with these documents.

I do not recommend using them and if you do use them use caution. Make sure you check everything they are saying they are completing( there are times they told me something was completed and when I checked it was not done). Also make sure you get your finalized paperwork before completing payment. I wish I had stuck to my initial feelings and waited until I had all my paperwork before payment. This review has nothing to do with Wa*** he always went above and beyond to help us. My issue is with how the owner has handled things when it was a simple email to send our paperwork. Honestly its ridiculous.

Great working with Tusk to get my roof done. They were professional, responsive and helped me through the entire process. Will use them again for sure and they will be my go to roofing company from now on.

Colton was so polite and well mannered. He told me exactly what needed to be done and what the cost would be. The roof had needed to be replaced for some time and leaks were beginning to show inside. Colton understood my concern and was able to get the roof scheduled to be replaced. Colton called to let me know when to expect the roofing crew. When the crew arrived they went straight to work. They arrived at 8 am and were finished by 12 pm. I was so thankful when the artic blast blew in that I had a new roof. I've had lots of compliments on the roof. I will definitely recommend TUSK Roofing.
