Scheduling was frustrating. The first two appointment commitments were missed. I would have not been aware in advance of the first miss if I had not reached out. No one contacted me.

As for the installation, the team was professional and cordial. The installation of the actual guttering was very well done. However, the work to tie the down spouts into my existing drain line was very sloppy. The PVC risers are not set straight and the fittings are crooked and not well seated. In addition, the guys dug up one of my sprinkler heads and did not bother to rebury it. I had to retrench and rebury the head myself.

Leaf was amazing through the entire process. He was punctual, communicative, explained the process and made sure I got taken care of. My gutters have been fixed and the color matched exactly what I had before. Overall a really great experience. There’s always someone who can do a project for cheaper but I prefer to account for knowledge and expertise. Leaf @ Rain Guard has that!

Needed a quote for some French drains. They came out and said they would be in to talk with us at the end of their inspection. He never came back to the door and I had to email them 5 days later to see if they had a quote for me. I got a response back telling me it was outside their scope of work. I have no issue with that but there was no reason to just ghost me. Unprofessional.

Technicians were very polite and very thorough. Completed the tasks in a timely manner cleaned up there work area. They let us know that they were finished and completed everything that we had asked for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing gutter work completed!!!

Rain Guard Inc has been a fantastic family owned, local business. I initially used them for their newer, remote outdoor screens. The work was fantastic, Jake did a phenomenal job making some 3D printed attachments to eliminate gaps due to the slight slope of my patio. Their price was super competitive and their service was amazing. Being a company that specializes in gutter systems, I called them 2.5 years later (now) to provide a gutter estimate to help resolve issues I had with other roofing and siding contractors. I had a competitive quote and Jake had his crew come out a little over 30 hours later to knock out my project. The crew was professional, quick, and did a great job. Talk about expedient, phenomenal service! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Rain Guard! My Rain Guard gutters are 13 years old and still performing like they did on day one. Recently, three of my downspouts were damaged during a patio extension and needed to be replaced. Lafe came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate and I had new downspouts three days later. The installation crew was great. The new downspouts were complete in less than 45 minutes. Great product and customer service!

Top notch company to work with! We've had them install gutters at least twice for us and both times were great. Good communication. Travis, the rep, was great to work. We had one of their crews out to remove the gutters before we got our roof then another crew out to install after we painted. They worked on our timeline with no problems. I really like the way they do their corners - very neat and tidy. Would recommend this company. Their price was well below what our insurance estimated.

Extremely pleased with my recent project completed by Rain Guard. My gutters were initially installed by Rain Guard, but after several years of wear they needed some refurbishing. I appreciated being told I did not need to replace my gutters, but a refresh of cleaning out and adding some strapping would work. They did a very professional job and cleaned up afterward. Brad returned to inspect the job to insure all was well done. Rain Guard takes pride in a "job well done" and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a fair and honest assessment of their current gutters or possibly future new gutters. Also, the communication from the company keeping me advised of arrival times etc. was excellent. Great job!

I hired a contractor that cut off too much of my gutter (in error); I asked if their company could fix for reasonable price since they were already doing a job next door.
Luckily, I witnessed a goodwill mission for my house. I am so grateful and took literally 3 minutes to fix... THANK YOU SO MUCH, very nice company to help out a neighbor in need!
