Their crew works efficiently and treats their customer's property with great care. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right are always evident from start to finish. It's rare to find a company that combines expertise with excellent customer service, but SERVPRO of Downtown OKC does just that.

If you're dealing with water damage, fire restoration, or any other property cleanup needs, I highly recommend their services. They truly make a stressful situation much easier to manage!

We had a dishwasher leak and Servpro was quick to respond. Michael gave me a call right away and the next morning Dylan and Luis were taking care of my property, they were respectful and understanding.
Michael was always checking everything was going well. I would absolutely use them again!

D’Angelo did an exceptional job putting my house back together after a burst pipe. He was extremely professional and thorough. Could NOT have done it this quickly or efficiently without his help!

Working with SERVPRO was a good experience. The Project Manager Deangelo was integral in getting my project moving forward. I had water damage to my home due to a faulty ice maker in my refrigerator. SERVPRO staff and Deangelo helped me understand and navigate all the complex details that went along with getting this repair done. They helped me understand the processes of damage mitigation, insurance claim issues, estimate details, etc. The crew that worked on the remodel were respectful and listened to my input and flooring style choices. I would recommend them! Also, I heard that a pie will be thrown in a SERVPRO manager’s face from just me writing this review, so that’s fun. 🥧

Awesome service! Had an indoor water leak that was noticed at 5pm in a Monday. By 7pm Aaron and Tyler had arrived and were going to work on ripping up carpet padding, and tearing out the wall insulation. By 9pm they were done with the tear down and they were able to save the carpet and kill any shot at mold.

Top notch service. Saved us a lot of money by getting here asap. Def would recommend and use again.

We are very happy with Servpro. They were fast to respond, cleaned up water damage and did a full repair.

We had major plumbing flood with water feces etc they came out immediately even though it was Christmas Eve very efficient polite respectful all in all wonderful I would definitely use them again

I am happy with all of the services that they provided for me. I called them on Monday morning around 10 AM and by 2 PM. They were already out at my house, removing the sewer, drenched flooring and putting down fans and dehumidifiers. I’m very thankful for all of the work that they have done in my home and I will be contacting them if I ever go through this situation again. I am currently waiting for the reconstruction representatives to give me a call so that they can finish fixing my flooring. I will update this review once I receive the reconstruction services.

Wow. Thank you to Patrick, Aaron, and Chase of ServePro. We had a middle of the night flood in our home that went on for hours while we slept. We woke up to water so high in our home that it was pouring over the thresholds and into the back yard. Servepro showed up within a couple of hours of our call after we were unable to make a dent in the water in our home using a wet vac and brooms. They were extremely friendly, understanding and professional and got the job done. They removed carpet, helped save some of our belongings by getting them off the ground, removed baseboards and so much things that had been turned into trash. And then they dried our home thoroughly with heaters, fans, dehumidifiers and air filters. Over the course of six days they got our home from a sopping mess to a dried up canvas ready for rebuild and that has been protected against mold in the walls and well everywhere. The team came daily and worked for hours, checking on the home's moisture, repositioning fans and continuing to remove house parts that were damaged.

The team was always professional and friendly, texted me in advance of their arrival, and kept us up to date on what they were going to do for the day and what they'd found. We have had ServePro now put together an estimate to rebuild it all for us too, and the estimator was out very quickly once we made that call. We've not only been amazed at how thorough the team is, finding things that we never would have guessed were full of water, but also really enjoyed their kind presence that helped calm the storm. We've jokingly said that Patrick is invited for Thanksgiving as long as he doesn't bring a fan!

Deangelo and his team did such a great job with the branch restoration project! I cannot say enough great things about how he and his team handled the project.
The communication was impressive. On our end we took a little time before we were ready to execute on the remodeling phase and DeAngelo was patient and thoughtful throughout the process. He always remembered little details and made sure to keep us all on the same page.
The project was completed way sooner than expected and we are so pleased with the results. I can honestly say it feels so much nicer/newer and it was a painless process! That was much in part because DeAngelo made sure of it! Thank you guys! Highly recommended!!

Been using Blackmon Mooring for some 20 years. Shane Forest is my “go to” guy for any kind of water remediation. He’s answered my call every time and miraculously shows up within 20 minutes like a ninja. Even at 3am. Highly recommend. Thank you Shane for all you do and have done!

I have used Blackman Mooring professionally in the commercial property atmosphere for many years and they have never disappointed. Shane has always been very available very helpful and goes above and beyond on a regular basis. I highly recommend them.

Our entire house flooded in August of 2022. We immediately called Blackmon Morring when we discovered the water inside our home. They arrived within in 2 hours of calling them, had all the carpet and flooring removed and set up countless fans and dehumidifiers working until midnight on a Sunday. They continued to show up on a daily basis when they said they would until the house was dried out. They hauled off all the damaged rugs, flooring, cabinets and furniture. They arranged for a storage unit to be delivered to store everything that wasn't affected by the water and moved us in to the unit. I can't begin to describe how greatful my family was for this company.

Kevin was phenomenal. Work was done quick, to standard, and he was incredibly responsive. Then they changed PM’s midway - and the changeover was difficult. The subcontractor they use is relatively high quality - I wish I had found and worked with them directly. Additionally, the remediation and storage team are beyond reproach. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. There were some scheduling and communication errors and date delays following the change of PM’s.

Additional note as of 7/24/2023: Following some difficult conversations, a significant amount of high quality work was accomplished by the team in a short period of time. I was impressed by the subcontractors (Grace and Sons) effort and their dedication to work, as well as Zach’s effort in fixing the issues. I do believe he cares deeply about his customers. Kudos to getting it all fixed, and I am raising the review to 4 stars.

Final note: The quality of the work is outstanding, and Kevin along with Grace and Sons are both solid people.

The same cannot be said for the company culture. After finally completing the job (9 months for a half-house remediation), it was discovered that their billing process is set up so as to allow them to claim every inch of reimbursibles, while ensuring that the claimant cannot justify such with the insurance. This is accomplished by providing a scope of work for the rebuilding equal to the total cost of the insurance quote, and then separately billing mitigation to an amount that fully covers reimbursables, though mitigation itself has no reimbursibles. This should have been caught by myself earlier, as the closeness of the quote to the total insurance amount (within .25 of a percent) should have indicated that money was the driving factor here. This was further indicated when senior management referred to the “worth” of the claim, rather that the cost.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking BMS is there to help people. They aren’t. Even if it’s your home, it’s just business to them. If you are even slightly trusting or want to see the best in people, and you choose to use this company, hire a lawyer or uninvolved Project Manager to deal with them on your behalf. Otherwise, find someone in your neighborhood or town that does the work and is invested in your community’s success.

Shane and the Blackmon Mooring crew are the best in the business!! He’s helped me & several friends/family through stressful water & fire incidents - responding promptly and professionally - bringing order & a plan to what is a personally distressful situation. It’s well known…disaster is no respecter of convenience…but Shane met the challenge every time! Highly recommend!!!
