I recently bought a 40X50X10 building from AAA Construction. They did an amazing job. My husband and I are very satisfied with the building. Tim answer all of our questions from start to end. The delay was the only issue we had, but Tim was honest and did mention it to us before we decided to buy the building. Over all AAA Construction did an amazing job. Thank you AAA Construction my husband and I are very satisfied with your work.

WOW, what a beautiful buiding Tim and his crew buillt to add to our beautiful home. From the time I met Tim at the state fair to the finished product, it had been a sincere pleasure doing business with him.
Once the concrete was poured, 3 days later the building process began. Bob the builder was always there to help erect our builing every step of the way. The framing went up in about two hours and then the metal work happened over the next two days. The building took shape pretty quickly and I started to see my investment before my eyes. Before we knew it the garage door installer from Pit Crew Garage Doors arrived and did an awesome job with our new door.
The only and I mean only suggestion I might have is the crew needs to walk aroung the building and the area with a magnet to pick up any nails or screws. No one would like to get those in a car or lawn mower tire. Also smoothing out the dirt from construction after completion of the building for preperation of sod or grass seed.
I would recommend Tim Berry with AAA construction to whomever asks me where out building came from. He is a salesman with a great personality and will fix anything asked of him. So if you see something and you are very picky like my wife and I just tell Tim and I know for a fact he will fix it. Thank you so much. Kevin & Sonyia

Tim Berry, owner of AAA Construction, stole my downpayment for construction of a metal building and refused to give it back after 8 months, without ever starting the construction process. I sued him in civil court, won the Judgment against him with overwhelming evidence that he committed fraud and breached the contract, and he still refuses to give back the money the Court has ordered him to return. I want to warn others not to do business with AAA Construction or Tim Berry because he defrauds customers, and will not even follow a Court order to reimburse money.

I called to get 1 or 2 tons of sand delivered...You said you were not doing deliverys... so than I made arrangements to come get it and I called back and I was told you didn't have the sand.

Love watching this company grow. Seeing projects they do from smaller jobs to larger projects. This is a company with values and integrity off the charts. Keep doing what you do best! Move that dirt!!!!

Williams Dirt Service did a phenomenal job clearing the lot to prep for our new home. They provide great service, too!

I have used Williams Dirt Service for all my jobs that require any type of dirt/excavation work to be done on that location. They’re very knowledgeable on taking the scope of the project that needs completed and putting their iron to work. Between the high end laser systems that are equipped on their dozers and excavators for precise cuts and grades, all the way to how immaculately kept their fleet of yellow iron is, they are the go to in OKC and the surround areas.

When given the chance to pick who i get to work with on a project we chose Innovative construction and remodeling every time. Russell and David are detail oriented and wont settle for short cuts or second best.

THIS IS THE BEST REMODELING TEAM IN OKLAHOMA! PERIOD! Their professionalism, honesty, skill set, experience, timeline and politeness is on a level that is unmatched. This is first time that I have given someone a review and it is truly worth it! ( I have included a before and after photo) If this company was an athlete it would be Tom Brady, Tiger Woods, Muhammad Ali or Micheal Phelps! They are the undisputed best at what they do!

Caleb’s team is very honest, professional, and easy to work with during projects. I have had other teams do projects before and by far there have been none better than First Construction and Roofing.

I called another company at first to figure out why water was getting into my sunroom when it rained. They told me that a lot of the shingles would have to be taken off and then replaced down to a certain area which was approximately $4,000 to $7,000. Zoen Finch who is the owner's son is a good friend of a friend of mine. I called him out he took a look at it and he said it's definitely the drip edge and he could get this problem solved for about $700. He came out did the work and I've never had an issue with water getting into my sunroom for the past 3 years. I then needed a new roof in which I got insurance involved. I called Zone again and he met with the adjuster and got my entire roof replaced as well as the decking updated as I have an older house all in the price that the insurance covered. This company is by far the best company for Roofing and Construction. I would recommend them to friends family or anyone as I'm in the service industry too and referrals do make a lot of the difference if you do a good job. This gentleman has helped me out so much that I would refer him to anybody. This summer he's probably going to take a look at my pool house even though I haven't told him about it yet in order to get it updated and revamped as it has a lot of rotting wood due to rain and poor construction. This company is the freaking best, ask for Zoen Finch and he will get your problems resolved as well as be a very respectable hard-working young man.

Roof looks very nice. Very timely. Done in 2 days. Roofers were handsome.
