I’m extremely disappointed and honestly very frustrated with how my job was handled. The owner Andrew saw the pictures I sent and still left me waiting an entire day — only to come back with no estimate, no explanation, and a last-minute excuse saying he can’t take on the job. If you thought the project was too small for you, just say that from the start instead of wasting my time.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Their team kept passing the responsibility around, gave me some ridiculous excuse about not being able to share phone numbers, and avoided giving me a straight answer. It was unprofessional and completely dismissive.

If this is how your business treat potential clients, I honestly don’t see how your business will go far. Respect works both ways — and I certainly didn’t feel any coming from this company.

To Andrew talking about being respectful: you and your staff kept me waiting all day and never provided me any answer and that was disappointing and disrescpectful enough. You never had a conversation with me on the phone or through text message and let your office staff delivered some weird message to me despite you never had a visit to my property and inspect it anytime! . Our project might be too small for you but you shouldnt be wasting my time and had me have a false hope waiting on you the whole time! I am even surprised that you even come her and replied to my review and still being argumentivie! Unbelievable! I surely won't hire you to work for us anytime in the future and especially with your bad attitude towards me from the beginning to the end! If you do have the time to reply to your customers, why didn't you reply me in time but kept me waiting? Interesting!
