Great experience with Kirk & his team at Aquascapes! We now have our own backyard oasis, and we are loving every minute! Kirk was a great communicator and all the guys that worked on the project were friendly, respectful and prompt.

We worked with Aquascape and Antonio's team to install a new pool along with our new home. Antonio and his team were able to design a diving pool, slide, waterfall, and hot tub as we reviewed with him. He was also willing to try some additional design finishes which he hadn't used previously. The Aquascape team was great to work with and ensured everything was completed as envisioned and with high quality. Any issue or question we had was resolved quickly and with good customer service. We are very pleased with the final product and also had them install landscaping around the pool, back yard and front yard. We would certainly recommend Aquascape.

I would highly recommend Aquascape for your custom pool project. Their designers and builders are active in the pool industry and have a great handle on new products, technology, etc. The design process was collaborative and well thought out with our personal taste and style in mind. After the design phase, our project was started exactly when we were told it would be. The construction process was seamless and efficient, with great communication throughout the entire project. I always knew who would be there and when. There was barley a day when someone wasn’t there working. Everyone we worked with on Aquascape‘s team was knowledgeable and professional. The final product is better than we imagined and we couldn’t be happier. And they don’t just leave you after the work is complete. They are there for any followup questions or issues that arise after the job is complete. Because of their involvement in the industry along with this type of followup over many, many years of building pools in the area, Aquascape has an up to date understanding of what products, techniques, and designs work better than other as new pool products and systems are developed. In any construction project, communication is the most important piece when it comes to completing a job successfully, on time, and on budget. After going through this process with Aquascape, it’s apparent that they put a strong emphasis on communication to make sure you always know what’s going on and have the opportunity to provide input as needed along the way. Give them a call!!

I have been really disappointed with the pool project. There are nonstop "that is not included" or BTW. This is over a 300k pool project and I feel like I'm hemoraging money that should have been all part of the master pool project plans. I am not a pool person. I don't know all these details of what to look out for.. I feel like this is why we hired a (i thought) high end pool company.
Here are some key points.
IF you are putting in a pool and have to do a new gas line - this should be included or at least addressed in possible costs. They cut our gas line I am assuming not on purpse but out of gas for weeks. Cost? $7000
IF you know you will remove pergola from the side of the house then this should have been an included expense to replace. You can not expect we would leave our house with missing siding. Matching pergola cost? $7000
IF your design requires the removal of the fence where it can't be just put back then this should have been addressed and included in the quote. Cost? $5000
IF you are doing a big project in the grass thus ruining our sprinkler system in the area - this should have been addressed in advance. (Hey we are going to do a outdoor kitchen and this will remove all your grass and sprinkler system) Cost? I dont even know yet. I need to get a quote for all new sod and sprinker system to be fixed.
The cherry on the top is the most hideous counter tops were installed in the outdoor kitchen. We are told this is what i chose and all they have. I would have never selected this. I was wondering when I would select this.

I write this all in warning. The project has been going on for 6 months. They have you pay a few months before completion (we paid in Decembher all in cash) and it is not completed. I keep having to pay for more things and now i am at my wits end where they basically dont care that they installed these early 2000 cheap rent house looking granite countertops. They are expecting me to go to countertop stores and figure it out.
I just hope this review helps someone else.

We have had the best experience with Aquascape and working with Antonio! They were always professional, quick, friendly, helpful and willing to work with us! We have been soaking up our new pool everyday since they installed it for us! I cannot recommend them enough! Every person that we have met or helped us have all been extremely friendly and willing to do whatever we needed. They’re fantastic people and Aquascape is a fantastic company! 5 stars all the way! We are very happy with our pool that was recently completed in May. Antonio and his team were very professional, cleaned up after projects and responsive when we needed something done. The quality of work was great and it was completed within 2 weeks of our original timeline. I definitely recommend them if you want to build a pool.

My wife and I hired Brandon Riles and his company to perform work at our home that was due to storm damage (roof, shop roof ,gutters, soffits, window screens and paint. This all started in November of 2019 when we first started Brandon was on the ball, however that soon changed. We were furnished a bid for materials and that was accepted it took forever for him to furnish the materials and to get the work started. The contractor Brandon hired to do the roof on the home did an ok job but we are now having issues with the roof and you guessed it no-one to be found. The shingles are humped up and the vent pipes were never painted and the old ones reused. We never received the coating that was supposed to go onto our shop roof. So now we have to hire another contractor to fix their mess. The guttering was also not correctly done we are still waiting for Terry with Oklahoma rain master to come and fix those issues and you guest it he will not return our calls either. Stay away from this crook and his business do your research before you hire a contractor Brandon Riles has done the same thing in Denver Colorado.

Brandon did a great job on my landscaping, and has done multiple projects since then including a very professional skylight install quick and solid construction. Talking to him he knows a lot about construction, and can do a lot.

Brandon at American roofscapes knocked on our door to give us a "complimentary roof inspection". We are new, first-time homeowners and we're curious as to the condition of our roof. He showed us pictures of hail damage to the roof, and suggested we file an insurance claim. The inspector came out and determined yes there was some hail damage and the claim was in process. Brandon assured us he would take care of everything. We trusted that he would take care of the project. A couple weeks later, a crew showed up to replace our roof. It seemed to be an ok job at first, it took longer than we expected, but we have never been through this before. 2 weeks later the roof was still not finished, we still had plastic over parts of our roof. We got the insurance check and signed it over to him as he directed us to. The crew finished the job. Now here we are several weeks later and our new roof is leaking water into our nursery and has been since they replaced the roof. We couldnt get hold of Brandon or any of the crew to come fix the leaks and had to hire another company to come and repair the flashing to stop the leaking. Do NOT use this company.
