Constraction reviews in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

We live across the street from one of Homes by Taber’s new builds and I really hope the construction crews can be more considerate of nearby residents. My tires are less than two months old and I have already had two punctures from nails or screws left in the street (this morning was an Alan wrench) . It is frustrating and costly to deal with something that could easily be prevented.

I understand construction can get messy but proper cleanup and magnet sweeping around job sites should be a basic standard, especially when building in established neighborhoods.

I was not going to mention it but since I am already taking the time to write this, your crews using the water from our home was also an issue without permission. I look forward to someone calling me to discuss how we can make this right and to explain how you plan to prevent this from happening to myself and others near your builds.

I have had an amazing home buying experience with Taber Homes. We have been in our new home for nearly a year, and we have encountered no significant issues. A standout aspect of our experience was the comprehensive 11-month warranty follow-up that we had this week. My husband and I are relocating for work from Dallas to Oklahoma City. Throughout the entire process, we had the outstanding guidance of realtor Alejandro Laurens, who showed us several communities in the Edmond area.

Our sales rep Eric was absolutely amazing to work with start to finish! We found a home we loved about halfway through the building process and Eric worked quickly to get us in contract before our design selections had to be finalized. He texted us frequent updates through the rest of the build process and answered all of my many questions! As a first time home buyer, he truly helped us so much and made sure we were taken care of! We have been very informed on what has been going on every step of the way and I appreciate it greatly! The girls at the design center were very nice and we had a great time picking out our design selections. My husband and I have been very impressed with working with Taber and has been such an easy first time home buying experience.

We just completed our first home orientation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Matt took the time to thoroughly walk us through every part of the house — how to use all of the appliances, where the shutoff valves are located, and how to properly operate and take advantage of the different systems in the home.

Matt also did a great job explaining the warranty coverage, what to expect moving forward, and how the process works, which gave us a lot of peace of mind as new homeowners. On top of that, he was very detailed and patient while walking through the home with us to tape and document any items that needed touch-ups or attention.

Matt was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. This orientation made us feel confident and excited about our new home. Highly recommend.

We have had a wonderful experience with Tabor Homes thanks to Sarah. She is so personable, sweet, and kind, and made the entire process enjoyable from start to (almost) finish(we close in a couple weeks! Sarah is incredibly responsive and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with ease. She made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend Tabor Homes!

Lots of great deals here if you're looking to save money on projects.

ALWAYS has something to look at. Something different, unusual, fun. You have to go try it out and see for yourself. You will LOVE IT! 😀

Great selection of tile, laminate, doors, etc. But check prices because they have been having price increases. Some prices are higher than Home Depot or Lowe's.

They had a good selection of rugs and mostly builders grade supplies for people looking for a nice but affordable selection of flooring.

Ended up buying a new small shelf that looked like a floor display donation. It was barely held together with just enough fasteners. Didn't notice till I got home. Had to disassemble it and get more screws and glue to put it back together. Paid too much. Not satisfied.
