Highly Recommend Edward. He took time to go over everything inside and out. He found multiple problems with our new home. Very friendly. Went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. His prices are way cheaper than competitors and he does more detail checks. He is also a veteran!

Edward was very thorough. He spent 5 hours at the house and included pictures of all problem areas. I have never had such a complete inspection before. I even came back with a lot of follow-up questions and he answered all of them on a timely manner. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others.

Ed provides a very high level of customer service. He’s friendly, patient, and explains the answer to questions asked by a new homeowner in a way that they can understand. He’s thorough and his work is backed by a warranty. He truly partners with the agent to provide the best experience possible for the client. Buying a home is a huge financial commitment. Ed is fantastic! He is professional and kind, and very thorough in his work. We had a slight issue with the realtor/listing agent and access to the house but he was very patient. He brought little snack bags, water, and chairs for us to sit while he did the inspection. He was great at answering any questions we had, and left us with a home binder which had lots of home maintenance info, places to note details about the house, and a newsletter that will inform us of any recalls on our appliances! I would definitely use his company again, and recommend him to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. I called on Tuesday to schedule an inspection and the inspection was done 2 days later on Thursday. The 65-page report was ready Friday. The report was very thorough and included Summary Pages. Their inspections also include participation in HomeBinder (a company similar to Angi but also including the ability to connect your utilities in one step when you are ready to take possession of the home). Their customer service is amazing. I received a call from them less than a week after the inspection was done to see if I had any questions for them to answer. The inspection fee was reasonable and they do offer a discount for a follow-up inspection. I have also received a reasonable number of follow-up emails to be sure I was happy with their service. The company is veteran-owned. Not only has Edward served our country, but knows how to serve clients well.

Ed came much out of his way when we were in a mortgage bind. He did the termites and the home inspection. Solid job, very fast and efficient, responsive on the phone. We really loved the clear easy to read and understand report (with visuals!) that helped us understand what that house is all about. Check out how easy to read he makes it in my pictures. Super helpful for us to prioritize our repairs needed. Glad to support our locally owned veteran businesses. Thankful we came across Ed, for BETTER than military grade inspections! 😉

Ed is a great guy and business man. I'm very impressed by the process he uses for home inspections. He is incredibly informative, and will send you a very neat and helpful report of the home inspection that includes photos and captions explaining what is pictured. Ed is upfront, honest, and very kind. If you want your home inspected without the worry of anything being overlooked and is easy on your wallet, Ed is your guy!

Ed is a great guy. Very professional, thoughtful and courteous. He explained things fully as he did the inspection. His reports are very in depth and easy to understand. He even added photos. He was very thorough with listing all major and tiny imperfections with the home along recommending fixes for most if not all of them. The home care binder was a really nice touch too! Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend his services to any one looking to buy a home.

Absolutely great service! Edward went above and beyond to inspect a potential home, and helped me discover glaring issues that could've done major damages to my health and wallet. This man and his team are not to be trusted at all. They took down an old fence and put up a new fence, not to the way we wanted. They dragged all the old fence panels to our front yard for us to dispose, not thinking about us. The next couple of days, we got a citation. They refused to remove the debris. All you have to do is go to their home to see what kind of work they are capable. Their home is trashy and completely filthy. This is not a trustworthy group of people.

Chris has taken care of many electrical issues for me. Everything from replacing a breaker, to replacing a panel, to doing a complete re-wire. Highly recommend.

Had them come and do a bathroom remodel. Accepted their bid because it was the lowest. Boy was that a mistake...really ends up that you get what you pay for. While taking out the sink they busted a pipe and flooded half of my house. I had to move out for a month while the insurance picked up, not to mention the plumbing costs, etc. Additionally they were just generally rude and unpleasant, even after they messed up the wall. The real culprit is the little bald guy. He should be fired. Worst experience ever.

Helped me remodel my whole kitchen. Ended up beautiful!
