In place job went great. Owner is hard working, honest and easy to communicate with for any issues or questions. End product is amazing and so easy to maintain. Everything we expected.

We were introduced to this company at a Home and Garden Show. They had a "special" they were offering so we set up an appointment to have them come out to give us a quote. On the day of the quote, we receive a phone call demanding an answer as to whether or not we will proceed with the construction if they honor the package price from the Home and Garden Show. The caller claimed the special had expired...(So it was really a classic bait and switch) His excuse was it was a long drive to us and it required a lot of work behind the scenes... So in a nutshell, we are introduced to them at a show, set up an appointment that very moment, but the special is expired and they are too busy to drive down to us unless we guarantee we will proceed. Much of the response from this Caller is documented via text which shows how much disdain this Seller has toward the customer. The funny thing about the text messages is that he always has to have the last word!! WE WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH YOU! No matter how many excuses or how busy you claim to be!

At no point did anybody ask us about financing options. We have the cash to pay for the pool. Especially if it was the price that was advertised. We have several projects running concurrently, all of which have been paid for with cash. We were turned off immediately by the owner's demeanor on the phone, we were turned off by the attitude in the text messages. I was even more turned off by reading some of the negative reviews on your facebook page where you agree with a supposed "customer" being rude and condescending to another customer's complaints. Spin this how you like, your business model needs some refining.

We love Corbin because he is hands on with his jobs. He takes pride in doing a good job and he gets the job done in a timely manner. We will definitely be using him in our future work.

THE best personal customer service for a pool. Pools are a personal thing and Corbin kept it personal from start to finish. Every unexpected turn he handled without a hitch. His crew is the fastest and respectable crew around. Can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough of how pleased we are with CW Pools & Patio. They were in and out in 8 days and left us a great looking pool. Once you decide to go with them, they take care of absolutely everything plumber, electrician, cement work, permits, calling 811. They are truly a turn key operation. Our pool is a liner with steel sides and a concrete floor, the concrete (not sand) and coping edge separates them from other companies.

Needed an emergency repair on my pump and called CW. Super responsive and within 2 hours they were at my residence and had the repair complete. Dave was super friendly and did a great job. No issue using these guys again or recommending.

Corbin and his crew did a great job. Our project was very complicated; from the location of our home, to the landscape and even our soil was hard to work with.
But CW was up for the challenge. We really appreciate that Corbin worked with us within our budget, despite all of these issues. He was upfront about costs, detail oriented, and communicated well throughout the entire process. This is our first pool, so there was much to learn! Called Corbin at 10:00 pm on Friday night and he was out, but came over right away and it was the pump. Every time I have called him he has answered a question or sent someone out right away. Pool is 18 months old and the pump went out!! Warranty was 3 years and he took care of it.

We paid an extra $900 for backfill and to take away any extra dirt. These pictures are how they left it. They said the backfill will settle. I've tried to post pictures. They didn't post. We were not happy with the results.

Great company throughout the whole process. Got everything done quick and in the right way. Love our pool and concrete.
