Corbin (the man in charge) is a chill guy, easy to talk to, and gets to the point of any project. Fantastic customer service, maintaining professionalism, and thorough contact with customers. Coltan came out and changed our filter. Left him alone and treated my property like it was his own. Everything was built in well and by standard. Flawless attention to detail. Will recommend their service and company to everyone I know. This company and team is beyond reproach in the pool industry.

Corbin and his team did a great job installing our pool earlier this year. Even with the crazy weather setbacks they still pushed through and got it done. I mostly appreciate the upfront conversations regarding the financials of such an investment. They will see to it that you get the most value for your dollar.

I have tried to find someone to get my old pool filled in for 10 years. I found CW Pools and they began and finished this project in less than a week! I have my yard back and you can't tell there was ever a pool there.
They used their time very well. All of the guys worked quickly and are very nice gentlemen.
I am very happy with the outcome.

We are currently in the process have having our pool built by CW Pools & Patios. The process has been so smooth from the dealing with permits and HOA to the construction process! I hired CW pools to perform weekly maintenance on a pool at I have that is for sale. He cleaned the pool with no issue for about 2 months. I had a showing coming up so I went by the house to check on it prior to the showing. When I arrived I found the pool a complete disaster. Water was green, algae floating on top of pool and sides of pool were covered in green slime . I immediately called Corbin witlaw , owner of CW pools. He informed me that he fired the pool guy in charge of my house a few weeks ago and failed to replace him or inform me of this situation. He acted like no big deal and told me to send him photos and he would get a plan to make this right. That was 3 days ago. He is now ignoring my calls and text messages . I have had to spend over $500 to get pool back in shape . This company has no idea of customer service , they are dishonest , unprofessional and cannot be trusted. Corbin Witlaw is a liar. CW has been great. Corbin installed our pool a couple of yrs ago and we love it. Just this past Thursday, I noticed a drip from the back of the filter. I try to see if I could tighten it but it was a crack in the cap. Which when I moved it made it worse. I called Corbin and he even came in today (on a Saturday) to fix the issue and put on a new cap to the filter so I can get the pool up and running again.

He always wants to help his customers!

CW Pools did an inground pool with water features and several lights for us, which I was extremely picky about. The vinyl lining is extremely durable, easy to keep clean, and looks better than gunite pools. We dealt with Corbin the owner from day one and he communicated with us and helped us through every step. The equipment they installed has been flawless and we have had a full summer of enjoyment and can’t wait to enjoy it again next summer. They also did a custom fire pit with a very extensive patina type glaze that looks like none other I’ve seen. I will undoubtably be referring CW Pools and patios for any friends or family that will be looking for those services in the future. I highly recommend you give them the opportunity to build your backyard paradise as well.

We. Needed a new pool pump, new pool heater and needed to have the pool acid washed because of a neighbor’s tree dropping acorns and other debris from their tree into my pool. I gad several other pool companies give me estimates on fixing my problems and they were all about 4000.00 more than CW Pools. I was also going to face to wait over a month for any of the other companies to come out to fix my pool. CW Pools came out within 4 days of giving me a price to fix it and had us up and running, better than ever within 3 days. The pool looks great and we are once again enjoying our family pool. Thank you CW Pools for a job well done!

I made an appointment with Tier one to come give an estimate. They sent several updated reminders of the appointment but never showed up. I called their office and cell and left a message, after them being 30 minutes late, to ask if they were still coming. No answer and no return call. Their bot sent me a message asking what they could help with and their website bot sent me a message saying they could see I was interested in their product and asked what they could help me with. That was over a week ago, still no call. Wish I could leave zero star rating.

Tier One Pools built us an outstanding pool! The owner Corbin spent a lot of time with us during the whole process….especially in the beginning…he came over several times and helped walk us through decisions and options with the pool! He was always patient and available to answer any questions….and he was always just a call away. Once the project started it went quick even with Spring rain. All of the crews that came for install, concrete, electric, etc were all very kind and professional! Corbin himself checked in a lot to make sure everything was going correctly and he even worked by himself one day to help speed up the completion so my kids could be swimming soon after school was out!! Thank you Tier One for being reliable and building our backyard memory maker!!

Tier One Pools were absolutely amazing. Corbin, Gabriel and their crew were incredible. Our pool install wasn’t scheduled to be installed until March 2026 but because of unexpected delays on some of their other projects they were able to squeeze us in early. He came to my home and handled several different projects for us including plumbing repairs, replacing three windows, and installing a new dishwasher. It is hard to find someone who can do multiple types of work and do all of it well, but he absolutely delivered.

He showed up on time, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and worked efficiently while still paying attention to the details. Everything was completed professionally and the results look great.

What I appreciated most was how reliable and respectful he was throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned up after the work was finished.

If you are looking for someone dependable who does quality work and takes pride in what he does, I would absolutely recommend him. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects.
