The new person who has taken over a leadership position in this company has shown me he makes any business he touches gold. I'm excited to see the Midas touch at work again!

They are going through new managment and seem to be heading in the right direction. Troy was awesome and had our home built quite quickly We we every satisfied with the timeliness and communication on getting our home built.

I know nothing about this company other than someone driving one of their trucks was texting, swerving, and cutting people off in rush hour traffic. Clearly, they do not hire considerate people. This is the type of man who would cause issues while building your home because he was top busy on his phone.

My previous review as well as most of the positive reviews on here are friends and family members of employees. The company pays their employees to get positive reviews no matter where they come from. I suggest you look at all the negative reviews on other sites before doing business with this company.

Scott was great to work with and is very attentive to detail. He was very thorough, patient and helped me tremendously. Thank you Scott and United Built Homes!

Worked with Troy. This was the best experience I have ever had with a builder of this nature. It's nice to know that honest, reliable, builders still exist! Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of a specified build!

Told 4-6 months on the size of the house. We are in month 7 and still no sheetrock. Fixin' to have to make 2nd payment on incomplete house. 30+ days, sometimes, between the different trades. I have to stand up to my word in contract, but they don't? Very disappointed, indeed.

Incredible staff!! Trevor made the building process fun, easy, and smooth! Everyone there is so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. If in doubt, use this as the push you need to use UBH!!

They have it all , no matter what your looking for they even suggested ways to save money. I found out some of the ideas we had were to expensive along with their suggestion we ended up with no only our ideas but way more! Couldn’t of been happier. One more suggestion, Ask for J. C. We love our home! It’s beautiful inside and out! The process was far easier than many others’ reports of building a new home. Tate kept us informed and was knowledgeable. Thank you UBH!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable with custom home process. Looking forward to working on a custom home. I dislike engineered cookie cutter home!!

Saw their add and spoke to the Scott, he told me 100% financing by United, no down payment, land included and no payment for 12 months... NOT THE CASE! We went to their office and were told by the builder the land is not included and there is a down payment. Don't be fooled, false advertising at its finest! If I could rate zero I would.

Very POOR customer service and quality. 2 homes are being built in our community, neither one is complete and it has been over 9 months. All materials were left outside and uncovered through a hail storm and tornado weather. Shutters were used as ramps. Walls have been drawn on with vulgar messages. Roof is sagging on one home. One home was flooded because the water was turned on and workers had drilled a hole through a water line. UBH will not allow flooring to be installed prior to homeowners taking possession, after toilets and tubs, and molding. On top of all this UBH has made the owners made mortgage payments even though home is not complete because construction loan is only approved for 6 months. Everyone should have an attorney read over all contracts before signing! I WILL NEVER USE UBH!

We highly recommend UBH to build your home. The staff, (Mark, Tray and Tate) were very accommodating from preapproval financing to choosing floor plans and then customizing details to our needs and desires. The site manager, Tate, was phenomenal in staying in communication with us. We did have one hiccup with the painter (Tate made sure that issue was resolved quickly). We love love love our new house built by UBH!! The process was such a smooth experience and the entire staff was so easy to work with. As with any large project, the occasional hiccup would arise but they were so accomodating and that made the process relatively stress free.

I saw their new design center on I-35 and stopped by to check it out. They were all warm and friendly. JC showed me several house plans and was very knowledgeable about the entire construction process. I will definitely use these guys for my next new home.

They tell you 6 months to build but their average completion time is 8-10 months. They don't include a lot of other things that other builders do. They are usually $20k-$30k higher than other builders. Their interest rate is 9.47%. A lot of their houses don't appraise for what you paid for it so you get stuck with their high interest rate. Their warranty is a joke. In their building contract is a clause that says you can post negative reviews about them or they will sue you. This is not a company that you want to do business with.

I had a great experience meeting with Scott about my new home, I’m so excited! He’s very friendly and really knows his stuff. I’ve already spread the word to a couple friends that are looking to buy and they’re going to meet with him next week! I definitely recommend UBH!

We started talking to UBH in October 2020 looking at house plans and design modifications for a new from the ground up house. We went through several house plans and discussed changes to each of them. We finally settled on a house with our requested changes. On Nov 24, they came to survey the land where we wanted to build and we discussed the layout and utility placement with the construction foreman. Now we have the concrete base and they are waiting for the lumber to arrive to start framing.
We are very pleased with the cooperation and support they have provided. We would recommend UBH as your home builder.

We went to the Oklahoma city location and spoke to Trey and J.C about building us a new house. They were great to work with.They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with design suggestions. They were always there to answer any questions that I had ( and there were alot) they returned all my calls very promptly and helped me any way they could. We completely customized our new home to be built and they helped us get every detail just the way we want them. It is because of them that we decided to go with UBH to build our new home.
