The house was great when we moved in. After a year the foundation cracked. We called United Built Homes and they sent someone to fix it. I was super happy and had nothing but good things to say. Six months later it was back. Called united built homes nothing. It's been a long time and every time I call I get the run around. The foundation gets worse and worse. Doors don't fit jambs, cracks in the walls and ceiling, and there's a split in the front porch. There's supposed to be a warranty but they won't honor it.

Edit: If it wasn't still under warranty why did you send power lift out to fix when the foundation first began to fail?

we are clear creek plumbing and gas, we have been working with the OKC Office for quit sometime now, we couldn't be more happier! they are very professional and caring and understanding and they all work very very hard to please the costumer, they are a very outstanding company to work for and with, and if I ever buy a house they will be who I turn to! check them out you will love em ! they have a family atmosphere and they love their job and it shows cause we are very please with them!!

We bought a home recently from this company. But the lack of response to texts, emails or phone calls is taking forever or not at all. They promise things, but don't deliver. The first time we looked at the house, the manager showed it to us and told us they weren't quite done yet. But from what I can tell the only thing they fixed since then is a broken window because they had to by the appraisal standards. We have a sink laying loose in a bathroom, they promised to send someone out to fix the living room light, which I am still waiting on. The outside electrical outlets don't work and so many more things that haven't been taken care of. The door frames are horrible which in turn causes the doors to close problematic. If you are not careful the whole frame would collapse. I understand this was a foreclosure, bit they said they were fixing it up and honestly other then the broken window and putting in new floors everywhere I have no clue what they fixed. Oh they cleaned a little, even that was done horribly.

I am so proud to be the spouse of the newly hired Sales Manager. I can promise you that every single customer will be treated like royalty. I am so excited for our family to be a part of the United Built Homes’ family. I would, without a doubt, recommend them for all of your home building needs.

I don’t have land yet but am actively searching for land in or around OKC. I came in to just browse some options and loved what UBH has to offer! Brandon showed us some floor plans that they have in house and explained the start to finish process and made it seem decently seamless! Will definitely be back to be serious buyers when we close on our land!

We are in the beginning stages of building a home with UBH and we are so pleased. Trevor and Scott have both been so great to work with, they have answered and solved any questions or concerns we’ve had. Trevor helped us choose a floor plan that was perfect for us at the consultation, they truly have made this a smooth process and we’re so excited for our new home! I highly recommend them and this company if you’re looking to build. ❤️

We are only 2 months into our project and we absolutely love UBH. They have been so patient with us from the beginning and that has never changed. UBH started our project a month early and we are still ahead of schedule. If you want a company to build your home that is professional, fun, easy to work with, punctual, as well as great quality work and great time management, then UBH is who you need!! They take so much pride in their work and they work of their contractors and that makes so happy. I know i can call with any silly question and they will not hesitate to answer it.

Everybody that we have worked with has been awesome! They have made building a home enjoyable!

I need a 3.5 star because they did better than 3 but less than 4. At the beginning of the build everything was going great! Super excited and optimistic. The people we worked with were nice and usually pretty quick about getting back to us on questions or concerns. One thing that was bothersome was that they don’t have very high expectations (or didn’t enforce them if they did) for their contractors to work clean so the dry wall guys got mudding and stuff all over the floor and in plug in or light receptacles (which affected the drywall, the outlet covers around some of them, and the flooring in some spots, I never got it all off our garage floor); the paint people would have just painted over the hinges on the kitchen cabinets had we not made sure they wouldn’t; they put the floor trim on before painting the walls or the trim so you get paint from the walls on the trim and vice-versa. The painting on the doors, shutters and even in the house had issues they had to come fix and still didn’t look like I think they should have. For some reason they use flat paint in closets and pantries, but since it’s the same color just a different finish, it’s easy to make mistakes during touch up. We disagreed on that being the issue, but I still think it was. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We also had some issues with the heater/ac unit but they were great at getting that fixed for us. Overall, it wasn’t a “bad” experience and I would still recommend them, but I list all these things because people should know of these issues so they can be mindful to address the things they want ahead of time. (For instance I would have made sure to have NO flat paint anywhere in my house except the ceilings. Oh and I would have made sure that the trim in my closets still matched the trim throughout the house and not just painted with the same flat paint as the walls, that was not on the contract and they did fix that in most closets but I’d make double sure what the verbiage is on the contract if that matters to the buyer.) So overall, our experience was better than average but could have been better. But again, I would still recommend them…. I would just encourage people to pay attention to the contract and make sure you specifically request the things that matter to you.

You should know that on Saturday 9/14/19 one of your employees was using his company vehicle as a weapon, trying numerous times to run me off the road. He must have topped out around 90mph every time he shot past while attempting to get in front of my vehicle. He calmed down quick when he realized I was recording him with my phone and he bugged out REAL fast. If you have any sort of GPS fleet tracker, I would strongly suggest you review this employee's driving behavior.

Wonderful experience!!! Scott Neumeyer (Construction Superintendent) always called back promptly and answered all our questions. We would refer any of our Family or Friends to United Built Home build their building services.

We just closed on our new home with United Built and the whole process has been amazing. Ron made the process smooth and efficient and we are so excited to see our new home!

My wife and I just dropped by... spur of the moment... to see what plans were available for a lake cabin we would like to build...Ron Olson and Ron Cassell helped us with looking at various plans for a cabin and were impressed with the quality of the build and the building materials used...

It was a great experience me an my wife had with Ron Olson, Ron Cassell , Quinn McEwen they answered all the questions we had had ,and gave us great information… I would highly recommend if your looking to build a home you should most definitely check them out they’re great to work with

They did an outstanding job building our home. The forman Scott was awesome! Did his best to correct any discrepancies we found. Multiple floor plans to choose from. No payments for 9 months and in house financing gives you the opportunity to build vs a mobile home on land. Houses were nicely priced. Things to consider though. Make sure you have at least 10K in savings to cover surprise out of pocket cost. The allowance for the floor will not cover the entire cost. That is the same for septic and well. Wasn't impressed with the subcontracted plumbers. Scott was quick to correct their screwups. I highly recommend seeing what they have to offer before purchasing a high interest manufactured home.

I spoke to Ron Olson and Ron Cossell at the Oklahoma City Design Center. It was great experience, they treated me like family there. Ron and Ron show me everything I needed to know about the building my dream home. I really appreciate everyone there. Thank you so much 😊!

Spoke with Ron Olson and Ron Cassell at the Oklahoma City Design store . If you are considering building a house please look no where else. We had our four year old daughter we were treated like family. I’m not the one to typically say this but our experience was like non other truly exceptional. They explained everything single step in the process of their team and building a home.

It was a pleasure meeting with OKC Design Center, Ron Olson & Ron Cassell. Great guys and very knowable with the whole build process. We look forward to the next steps!

My husband and I called and talked to Ron Cassell the manager, he was very friendly and set us up an appt to come in.
When we visited the design center in OKC, we talked with Ron Olsen, the design center is very welcoming , Ron Olsen helped us design the Montana, with everything in it we wanted, it is our dream home, the process was extremely laid back, NO, pressure, only guidance.after this process we spoke came back in and talked to Ron Cassell,about the financing, again, very smooth process, no pressure either, they gave us time to go home and go over everything .the total process from the first call to the end has been a pleasure. If you are in the market to build a home on your property I highly recommend going to UNITED BUILT HOMES!!

My experience with United built homes was phenomenal! From the first day, they made the whole process very pleasant. David Frolich was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered all questions in a timely manner. He even helped me pick out colors! This project took 8 months from the day I signed the contract until I had the keys, which I thought was outstanding given the fact that the property is rural and we had a fairly wet winter. Our supervisor Alec also did an exceptional job! Again, the communication was outstanding. Nights, weekends, whatever time, Alec answered any questions or concerns I had. Alec went out of his way to meet me at site to answer questions when I had them. He thoroughly explained every step of the process, and was very clear on timelines. The site stayed clean during most of the project, with the exception of a few windy days. All of the contractors United built homes used were respectful of our property, and did an outstanding job. I will post more photos when we install the lawn and get some landscaping done. I am very pleased with this project, and the United Built Homes team.
