The home in Edmond had great help we even went back. Always pleased.

Had to find someone to tell us where to find what we needed. Found it. Don't like having to hunt someone up just to get help. No one asks you anymore.

I wish I knew the young lady's name at the paint counter. She's helped us several times and she's great! Really knows her stuff!

They are great making the initial sale. I bought my flooring there thinking it would be faster to have them install it instead of my husband. I was wrong. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks after purchase. It was finally delivered 3 weeks after. They never called me to set up the delivery I had to call them. Same went for installation. Was supposed to be 3 days after delivery. It was installed a week late. After getting corporate involved. They sent a "crew" to install it. One person. He did a great job. It's not his fault they couldn't schedule things. They only sent 1 person to install 2 large rooms of hardwood flooring. It took two 12 hour days for him to get it done. Over a month and a half after I purchased it. Installed a month late. Then they gave me 10% of my purchase because I contacted corporate. However the store owner was so rude to me. It could have been free and I still wouldn't shop at that store again.

This 5 stars rating is for Ms. Jennifer Myrick - the lady at the customer service department of Quail Springs Home depot. She is enthusiasm in her work. Jennifer was very patient to me and helped to solve my issue even it took time. I also want to say thank you to Zack - the store manager and also the young lady who was very busy on that day to help the customers when Jennifer was solving my problem. Strongly recommend.

The customer service at this place sucks I needed some help with bathroom fixtures and a older gentleman just pointed me in the direction and then when he noticed me still looking in a very irritated voice he say's "ma'am they are right there". He could have came and showed me where they were. As I was on the aisle he talked to another employee for about 15 min and then finally came over and asked if I found what I needed and then helped me some. Had he not come back over I would have rated my experience one. There is alot of opportunities for helping customers.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered 3000 sq ft of carpet for a project with my company. We ordered it for delivery and after the order was placed and processed we realized the delivery time was going to be slightly later than we needed it, so we changed it to pick up. After all the confusion of whether or not our 5 gigantic rolls of carpet were even here, the rep with the apron titled, "The Don", treated me like i was the biggest inconvenience he's ever had to deal with. After he couldn't figure out what was going on with my order, he sat back at his computer and started talking to another customer and completely ignored me. I went to the flooring department where a really nice woman helped me out and walked me through every step of loading up my order. She is the only reason i didnt completely cancel my order on the spot, and she's the only thing that saved home depot from receiving one star. I will not be placing any more orders with home depot from this point on. I will also be calling corporate to let them know how unsatisfied i am with their company. Im sure "The Don" could care less about the customer service he provides if it means he has to get up from that computer station im sure he sits at all day.

I have talked to a few local carpet stores and have been less than impressed. Just talked to Todd in carpeting here at Home Depot and he was so helpful answering all my questions. I will probably be back to use their services be cause of Todd's great customer service.

Can't buy a dishwasher and have it the same day unless you but junk

Lisetta was her name I believe very sweet lady at the front. She helped us find our specific GE water filter in no time. I can always count on this location to have top notch employees that really care. Thank you all and I will definitely recommend this particular location from now on!
