We are in the process of remodeling and had Troops out for a few things. Replaced our water heater, moved a gas line to relocate our stove, and add wire from our panel to a junction box to power our detached garage. 6 weeks later, we had them out to service our heater! We have had great service!

The Owner personally sent a tech out to help us with our Water Heater during the busiest time - post ice storm! They helped us get the hot water back on after 4 Days! Amazing support. Amazing Service. The price was unmatched and highly recommend.

I used their plumbing side and was very pleased with Ian. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. Troops was excellent to work with! My condensate line froze during a recent ice storm which shut off my heater. Troops was able to come out same day and help me get it taken care of immediately! Thanks to Troops I had my heat back on in no time. Very thankful for their great service and definitely recommend!

I was 3 pounds low on refrigerant they added for me it was a weekend call so like higher rate was $700 or so i cared at first but not after feeling how cold this house is. Its a 2009 so i guess it leaks about as much if it were the first time. ive only been here 3 years. the tech was very knowledgable and workin plenty and did more than i can since refrigerant is so regulated! I also learned from him. great experience. Cool trucks too very clean grey silver colorway. I like the parachute 💜
