Excellent Customer service. Great guys working on the job, clean and professional. As changes pop-up, they were quick to react and solve issues without excessive change orders. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and will be using them again on future projects.

Doug answered my call at 6am on a Saturday and was at my house by 8am and because my issue was severe he came back and worked all day Sunday to replace and upgrade my breaker instead of scheduling me later in the week. I needed to have a GFCI outlet replaced and also needed my garage outside lighting checked. I called Edge Electric after searching online and reading reviews from other customers. My technician Justin Noran did an excellent job of checking and explaining the issue. He informed exactly of what he had to do to correct the issues.

I was impressed with his knowledge about my electrical issue. I was also impressed that when I called the office to make my appointment all questions were answered and they worked with my schedule. I had Doug Flandermeyer from Edge Electric replace a 100 watt main disc at my residence. He was real professional and friendly, I got a great price and he was fast. Doug went above and beyond for me today. He answered the phone every time I called. He was at my house exactly when he told me he would be. He fixed my issue within 20 minutes and charged a fair price. He even took me down to Locke Supply to make sure I bought the right parts for a different outlet that I was installing on my back porch (totally unrelated to the issue i called him about). He gave me pointers on my self install and answered all of my questions. He is very experienced and I will be using Edge for any future electrical work that I need done. Thanks again Doug!

Had another unnamed electrical group out on the day I had a Pool breaker box problem. The other group spent 30 minutes and said they would get back to me on parts labor. Two days later, I had to call them and ask what it was going to cost? The other group still did not know.
So I called Edge. 2 hours after my first call Justin showed up. He took 10 minutes looking at the problem and listening to some concerns I had about the project. He took about 5 more minutes and gave me a quote that I thought was very fair. He had all the parts on the truck and he had the job done in two hours. Very lucky for me.
I have no need to call anyone else in the future. Have some other electrical projects coming up and asked about those as well. So now I can make one call and get all my electrical jobs done fast, professionally and with a lifetime guarantee.
I was lucky that it was not a busy day for the Edge guys. The dispatcher knew it was kind of urgent with a pool not having a pump and that I had already called another group to look at the project. Really respect that they understood my situation. Thanks Edge
