Shawna was the technician that did the maintenance on my generator this year and also last year. Once the maintenance is completed she cleans the generator interior and exterior so it looks almost like new. There's no mess left behind and she's always courteous and polite. I'm glad to have such a professional Technician when it comes to keeping my generator ready to go when the power is out.

I had the privilege of having Shawna from the Generator Supercenter perform the annual maintenance check up on my generator. She was the most professional and thorough technician that I have run across in quite some time. She took the time to explain every step she was taken and added tips to take to keep my equipment in the best condition possible. She went the extra mile to make sure my generator was wiped down and clean inside and out. Definitely 5 star service at its b.
