Grant Walters delivered prompt and efficient service. He provided advance notification of his arrival and was accommodating to the arrangement of performing the service without the homeowner present. He supplied all necessary materials and equipment. Overall, I am satisfied with the high level of service provided by this company and Grant Walters' service visit. Grant was highly responsive in our cellular communication, promptly answering all calls and texts. I would highly recommend their services.

Our Coordinator (Lillian) did an excellent job of surveying our home and recommending the proper generator for our needs.
She addressed our immediate concerns and researched the additional questions we had as the process went along.
Part one of this process has been a good experience. Part two (generator install) is to come and we're looking forward to Lillian and Generator Supercenter handling business.

Grant was right on time, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he would do, how long it would take and then he did exactly what he said he would do.

Some of the questions below don’t allow for a response from monthly maintenance clients like we are. You might look at adding it so we can express what a great deal it is.

Lillian was extremely helpful in her consultation for a new generator. She explained things very clearly and definitely knew what she was talking about.

It was a pleasure having wonderful and professional gentlemen Edgar, Geraldo and Cameron installing our generator. They were very knowledgeable, polite and explain the process through each step. Asked if I had questions and explained until I understood the he concept of how the process works when power goes out and when power comes back on and the time frame for each step. I highly recommend these three gentlemen.

The tech, Wally, showed up on time on the day scheduled. Gave me about an hr heads up when he was close as he had about 150 miles to travel to get to my residence. When he arrived he made sure to park in an area that wouldn’t interfere with other vehicles which is something very few think about. He was very informative on the issues I was having with my generator and the best way to proceed with the needed repairs. He answered all my questions thoroughly and completely without trying to BS the answer. Definitely will request him as the tech for future generator repairs.

Generator Supercenter made the move of our 45KW generator from Jones to Oklahoma City an incredibly smooth, low-stress experience. Emily and Wendy were always just a phone call away and so helpful with every question. On site, Jared, Erik, G, Gerardo, Cameron, and Jacob were fantastic — professional, efficient, and focused on every tiny detail. It was a joy to watch a crew work so well together. If you’re in the OKC area and need generator service, we highly recommend this outstanding team!

Austin was awesome with his professional expertise! He answered all my questions and the process was quick and smooth. The install crew was outstanding, I thank them for being patient/tolerant with my animated german shepherd that barked the entire time. We tried our best to calm him 😀

Door to door salesman wouldn't stop knocking on my door while I was trying to work from home. He ignored all the no soliciting signs and was argumentative about getting off my property. Refused to leave until I started shouting at him.

Jessica was very knowledgeable and had answers for every question. The process went smoothly and quickly.

I was a little skeptical about Solar power, but when Tate came by and told us how we could save money a big deal for us, we decided to have a salesman come by. Alex showed up a few days later and we talked a bit and he told us the company is not one to push people into doing something they may not want to do. Alex showed us how we could save money by going solar and I became very interested. He sat and answered every question we had. We let him know that we really couldn't commit right now due to some other obligations, but that we would definitely contact ION and Alex when we could. He understood and we felt very comfortable with him and knowing more about the product. If all the employees are this nice and the fact that they don't push like your other companies we give these guys five stars. Hope to do business with them in the near future.

This has been an awesome process so far. I especially liked the no pressure sales and walking me though each step. ION has done a great job of keeping in touch with me.

We have had a wonderful experience with Ion Solar! Our Energy Advisor, Mike Anderton, was very thorough in his explanation of the benefits and costs of having solar panels installed, and has been so helpful throughout our entire process. Ion took care of the whole approval process, including having our HOA approve the installation. And the installation itself went very smoothly - the panels look great! We would highly recommend Ion Solar to anyone thinking about having solar panels installed.

We had a wonderful experience with Ion. Firstly, Seth did a great job explaining how solar would work for us. There was no hard sales pitch, just the facts. We appreciated his honesty and integrity. Since we had already done some research, we felt that this company was right for us.
The rest of the project was handled entirely by Ion, including dealing with the HOA, the electric company and the County. Our solar panels were installed last week by a great team. They ran the electrical through the attic so the outside of the house looks neat. We are awaiting inspection and look forward to going solar. Thank you Ion!

About 2 weeks ago I had an unpleasant experience with one of the phone customer service agent about an astronomical utility bill I received after my panels were installed. I left a negative review, email and voicemail regarding the matter, with no expectation of someone contacting me. Fortunately, the manager Kolton, called me the very next day to apologize for the poor customer service and to discuss the issue. Kolton maintained constant contact with me until the issue was resolved, which was later ascertained that the problem was not caused by ION panels but by the utility company. I'm writing this review to let future customers know that even if they encounter an unprofessional customer service agent, the managers will graciously and immediately make contact to resolve any conflicts.

The salesperson who came to my house became argumentative when I asked him to leave the premises without a permit to go door-to-door in my city. He came back after our discussion seemingly taunting me from his car. I tried calling me and politely at first to get him to leave but he would not listen.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with ION Solar. Wate, has been particularly helpful throughout the process, but everyone that I've been in contact with has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process has been seamless and the solar panels look beautiful on my home. I am very happy that i made the decision to go with ION.

This experience has been outstanding, I was originally hesitate to get Solar panels, but Paola set my mind at ease. Paola showed excellent customer service skill and knowledge about the product answering all of my questions, some even before I asked. I must say that she could be the face of the company after seeing the way she represents Ion Solar. If once everything is up and running it's as impressive as my experience so far I will definitely be letting everyone I know to also move forward with Ion Solar.

The process of getting solar installed went very smoothly and relatively fast. Ion Solar did a very good job with communicating between the different steps and milestones of the process. Michael Carranza was a big help as our sales rep during the process. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions that I had.
