They reviewed with me the project and surveyed the site. Coordinated with Cotton Electric and quickly finished their part of the installation. Afterwards, they described what to expect during use, as well as regular system checks and maintenance.

Today Generator Supercenter was scheduled to service my Generac 22kw generator. Wally Walters was the technician who serviced it. Wally did an excellent job! He changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, check voltage, and a new battery. Wally ran the engine, checked codes and even clean the engine/engine compartment. He even answered my 900 questions I asked! You can’t ask for any better service than that! Thanks Wally, appreciate the excellent service!

Grant did a maintenance service on our whole home Generac gas powered back-up. This was a change of oil, filter, and tune up of system plus update of the program that keeps it ready take over seamlessly when the power fails. He was a great technician - pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful answering questions. Found that the start-up battery was needing replacement after three years and got that accomplished as well. Ask for Grant.. you won't be sorry !! BILL

Installers arrived on time finished in just 4 hours. They were very professional and didn't mind any of my question. I highly recommend Arik and Cameron.

Shawna was my technician today for my annual maintenance. She was as good as they get. I respectfully ask that she continues my maintenance program. She was thorough and explained the workings of the generator that I had no idea about. You’ve got a valuable employee, treat her well.

Grant Walters came today to perform service on our generac generator. He is very nice and professional. While it was very running and warming up before he dropped the oil he wiped off everything made it look shiny and new. Would definitely recommend generator super center, and Grant.
