What I value most in a contractor is trustworthiness; I’ve been burned too many times. Arrow made me feel confident that my home was in good hands, keeping me up to date along the way.

Lionis came by the day after I called to check on a short in one of our lines. He was able to verify the short using his meter tool which helped narrow down the issue. Instead of charging me hours of labor, he let me check each switch and plug (which I had already started) to determine where exactly the short was. Once I figured it out, I texted him to get his advice. He walked me through each step and helped me get the issue resolved. Thank you Lionis for your honesty and great advice!

The guys were very professional and respectful my house. We have dogs and they were so good with them as well. Cleaned up after themselves and Brian was amazing!

These guys are amazing! After trying to get the other electric guys out for a week, I called them. They sent someone out the same day. Returned the next business day and replaced electric panel . I called a week later because a breaker was tripping and they were here within an hour. Turned out to be another issue with the water heater which they fixed, and didn’t charge me. I didn’t think companies like this existed anymore. They have a lifelong consumer.

I hired Lionis to change out a breaker for this water heater and he was prompt, thorough, professional, and explained everything to me where I could understand. These guys are the real deal and the pricing is incredibly fair!

This is the best electric company I have ever dealt with I called them last night around 9 pm and they had someone out my house by 10 to assess what happened and I needed a complete breaker box replacement by 8:30 this morning they were at my front door and the technician that showed up got right to the replacement power was restored to the whole house before 11 would 10/10 recommend calling this company for any of your electrical needs I know for sure I will not use anyone else

As Arrow's first ever customer - I am in a unique position to tell you I've enjoyed working with the team over the years.

From moving a generator, rewiring both main electrical boxes, installing a transfer switch, installing ceiling fans, plugs, and chasing bugs left by our builder, Arrow has been the go to for our home.

Brian and Lionis have been courteous, professional and pardon the pun, straight arrows. If they can't do it because of code, they won't. I want that kind of honesty in my contractor. They do not cut corners or scrimp on safety.

They arrive on time, perform the task and are friendly throughout.

We had a tree branch come down on our power line. Arrow Electric was able to come out the very next day to inspect our weatherhead and make sure there was no damage. Definitely recommend them for speedy and reliable service.

I had Eliu come out to my house and help and install some light fixtures and fix an issue with some wiring in my near 100 year old house. Could not recommend him enough. He had a great attitude and the job ended up being a little more complicated than expected but he was amazing and fixed all our issues. He will definitely be my go to electrician in the future

Arrow Electric was very responsive to our need. The high winds in El Reno on Friday caused some limbs to fall on power lines and pull the weather head and electric meter away from the house. Four different electricians didn't work weekends, so couldn't come out till Monday. Arrow Electric was able to locate one of their technicians who was willing to meet us at the house within an hour. Ricky arrived right on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He kept us updated on what he was doing at all times. I talked with three different people at Arrow Electric today and all of them were very helpful. They made it possible for our 85 year old, legally blind aunt to get her electricity restored today. If you're in need if an electrician, don't hesitate to call Arrow Electric.

Lionis from Arrow Electric is the owner and he still found the time to come out and investigate a stub up for an electric gate and remove a light fixture in our living room. He was very friendly and responsive on the phone and informative about what my options were moving forward to power the electric gate. I would recommend them for any electrical issues you have!
