Nik team did an amazing job with my move out cleaning. (I was way too tired and overwhelmed to do it myself lol). I appreciated Nik’s communication and keeping me informed of any changes or delays. I’d highly recommend this company for any cleaning services you may need.

My house was worse after they left. First they sent four cleaners, none with masks in the midst of the Omnicrom breakout. Then they brought two more, without my permission and also unmasked to train them. The bath tub had soap scum in the soap dishes, and on the sides of the bathtub and in one dink. The bath tiles had greasy hand prints left on the walls tile which I had tti clean after they left. They cleaned my blinds. Most were clean when they began as I just hung them. The windows had to be washed again as they left streaks on them from cleaning" the blinds. They"cleaned my mirrors with oily rags that left major streaks. It took me hours to get the oil off of the mirrors.

Yes they oiled the woodwork, and then everything else they touched. One bedroom was not cleaned at all. Save your money unless you like cleaning behind "cleaners".
Mr. Lee told me he preferred to be paid by check. This made sense after I saw the mess I paid for. Yes, I would have cancelled a credit card payment. They went to the bank from my house so canceling the check was not an option.

How nice to find an owner who plays the he said, she said game! I stand by my review. I did attempt to contact him. The email I replied to said they did not accept messages. Voice mail was not returned. Honestly, the "trainer" they sent to my house was teaching in the bathroom that was still dirty, so I am not certain what could have been improved. I spent more having others come and clean as well as wash the windows. I also had to have three sets of blinds rehung as these were ripped from the window mounts.
I left as Mr. Lee said they wanted folks to leave. I was in the back yard, easily available if there were questions. Although I wore a mask, no one else did, not find they offer to do do. I would never recommend.

The Red Team led by Sabrina did an amazing job cleaning my home. Robin,Mana, Precious, and Fany were also outstanding! Will definitely request them again!

The staff offered and delivered superb work, very professional and efficient. This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning service and I am glad I chose The Maids. THE Red Team were on time, found a hurt baby bunny by my front door and had it wrapped in a cloth when I opened my door. My cat had just brought it into the house and the best I could do at the time was get it out of the house. We determined that although it was missing some hair it was not hurt so they put it under a bush where it was safe. They came in, we took a tour, they asked questions and they were off doing what they do. I went to the room where my dogs were and hung out until I had to leave for a meeting. When I got home WOW! Disinfected bathrooms that looked sparkling clean, crown molding that shined, even my coffee grinder was clean! Stainless gleamed, microwave glistened, and laundry room looked brand new The Red Team is an outstanding representative of The Maids. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am staying with my Red Team!!

The Maids did a great job. From setting up the appointment to the final walk through, everything went smooth. They did a bang up job on our place. They were recommended to me and I will be recommending them to others.

I used The Maids for the first time to arrange a house cleaning for a friend before a funeral. It was a last-minute job that Don and his team worked in, since they knew it was a difficult and challenging time. They were so professional! The team was hard working and as soon as we did a walk around and answered questions, they started working and didn't stop for a second until everything was polished and perfect! They even found a few things that we didn't notice, but needed to be cleaned and went above and beyond what was asked of them! What a weight they lifted having the house clean! When they were done, my friend's house was ready for company! After the funeral, everyone gathered in the house as expected, so it was so nice that there was nothing to be done to get the house ready. Thanks to Don and his great team at The Maids, the home was a lovely place to rest and visit without lifting a finger. I'll certainly recommend!
