I have used Kings Green to clean our home for over 2 years now and highly recommend them. We have dogs and a baby so the green cleaning products are great for our family. The crews are always on time (within the arrival window quoted) professional, polite and always do a good job. The office staff is also amazing. They understand that life happens sometimes and do a great job at working around your schedule. They even left us a baby gift after we had our baby. The auto withdraw option makes cleanings push button and the text and email reminders are also very handy. If you want a professional cleaning service who you know you can count on, Kings Green is it.

I received estimates from several other companies that offered similar services, but ended up choosing King’s Green Cleaning. They offered the most services for the best price. However, the main reason I decided on King’s Green Cleaning was that everyone I spoke with was so nice. I’m so glad I chose King’s Green Cleaning. I’m very satisfied with the deep cleaning service. My house is so clean! Also, when an issue arose, they made amends and solved it quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with King’s Green Cleaning and highly recommend. I will definitely be using them for any future cleaning services I need.

I have been using King’s Green Cleaning once a month for my apartment for close to a year now. They are affordable and a big help with keeping my apartment clean. The scheduling is pretty flexible, and the King’s are always super friendly on the phone and easy to get in contact with. Though I may not always be able to understand the ladies’ English, they are always very sweet, and the office will usually call to make sure the ladies understand and follow my instructions. Would recommend using them. I have nothing negative to say about my experience thus far!

After our post construction/tile job clean, we made them our regular cleaning service. They do it all and they do it well!

Myra and Liz did an excellent job cleaning our home. They were very friendly and professional and the end result was the most thorough clean we’ve ever had. We are very pleased with them!

Why why why didn't I do this sooner? Lol! We desperately needed a fresh deep cleaning and so I reached out to kings for help. Sandra & Claudia were our cleaners and they did an incredible job, we are so pleased! I wasn't sure in the beginning but now sold on setting up a weekly or bi weekly clean to keep us on track with our busy schedules. Thank you for taking care of us KGC!

Being a business owner I understand how important reviews are so I rarely give a negative review but this one is necessary!

We hired King's Green to do a deep clean a few months back because my wife was having a surgery and we were shopping for a company to possibly use permanently. They were great when it came to scheduling, they had great reviews, and prices were reasonable so we thought we really found us a gem. They came out on time and we cleared out of the house so they could do the work. Upon completion of the DEEP CLEAN they called to let us know they were done and gone and we could come home and begin inspecting the house. At first things looked good but upon really looking we found many things that were just neglected, most of them out of sight. I immediately called them and was given the e-mail to what I believe was the owner at which time I submitted pictures and an e-mail explaining my concerns. I was very pleased with the response and the owner's willingness to make it right and wanting to send a different crew out to fix any areas that needed to. That's all you can ask if there is a problem, try to make it right so we were happy. Scheduling due to my wife's surgery in Texas did not allow us to make that happen but we told them we would give them another chance down the road and thanks for being willing to fix things.
Fast forward a couple months and we were in need of a DEEP CLEAN so we called them to schedule. Once again they scheduled quickly and price was going to be reasonable. They showed up on time and we were once again gone and asked to be called when they were done. I really don't know when they left and how long they were there because we never got the call and the number we were being called from did not answer any of the three calls I made to them. After 4 hours of driving around from place to place we headed home to see if they were done and of course no one was there. After inspecting the house it was worse than the last time!!! Top of the microwave was still filthy! The ledge around the top of the bathtub/shower was still filthy! Several places in different rooms the base boards were not even touched. Multiple places dusting was not even done, including shelves and a stereo in the main living room. A few of the window sills were not clean and still had a fly or two in them. Not sure if mopping was included in a DEEP CLEAN but we took a baby wipe on a square in the kitchen, it turned brown, and there was a sticky area in the bathroom where a gel had spilled that was still there after the clean. Maybe they vacuumed but once again, we ran ours and there was all kinds of things that were picked up that shouldn't have still been there, maybe their vacuum just didn't do the job. I really don't know what to say about this experience with King's Green! And I really don't know how long they were there because this job was very sub par.

Maybe I don't have an understanding of what a DEEP CLEAN is, but when you pay someone good money to do a job you expect it done right. Definitely when that person was wanting to hire them permanently and giving them a 2nd chance. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED by the way this company handled this entire situation and the job that was done.

As if that was not enough, no one called to follow up to see how things went. No one called me about payment, I guess they just kept my card from the first time and ran the card without even talking to me first. Just an all around bad experience with King's Green Cleaning.

I have not received a phone call at all from you or your company. Your response is a complete lie. I checked my voicemails before I gave the initial review to make sure I did not overlook you reaching out to me. That further shows me why I gave you a one star review and it is deserved. It bothers me that you charged my card without my permission and without contacting me that is probably illegal.

It is astounding how much they did in just a few hours. Our house is so clean and relaxing now and they definitely went above and beyond and I am so appreciative.

Wow!!! The cleaners at King’s Green Cleaning were superb. I’ve used different cleaners before and have not been this happy with the turnout. Will definitely be using them again!

Photos and documentation of non response by Amy (owner) of Kings Green Cleaning will be posted as soon as I have a bill for the repair. The owner claimed that her products could not have damaged a newer oil rubbed bronze drain even though I have sent her links verifying that if not properly used or rinsed, both vinegar and cleaning peroxide can remove and damage the finish. She stated that is impossible since she has never had it happen before, has been non responsive, refused my offer of her sending a cleaning team out to try to correct the damage and if it was corrected then I would pay for the cleaning and if not I would use that cost for the repair. She also will not contact her ex employee who was my regular cleaner to verify that the damage wasn't there until a new team came out. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and filing in small claims for remedy since although this was a minor matter she won't respond and cannot accept the possibility that this was done by her team. The damage was to a sink that is never used in my bathroom which only I and the cleaning crew had access to. I will remove this if she responds and is willing to investigate this damage

I hired King’s for the first time to deep clean of my small home after it had gone a long while without a professional clean. They did a spectacular job, were efficient, and came in under the original estimate.

I truly think their work was exceptional. I scheduled services during a particularly tough week for me personally and feel like they gave my place great care and attention. The quality of work is deeply appreciated!

I worked with Kings Green for a few years having my house cleaned once every other week. the cleaners are super nice but they do tend to not always be the same people if you’re booked on different days so the cleaning is pretty inconsistent depending on who the crew is or how many people are on the crew. Also the ETA of when they arrive is always different so it’s kind of a gamble of when you’re cleaning will actually get done that day.The last clean they were an hour late of the eta they gave me because of another job they told me took longer than they expected. When they showed up with three people which they do from time to time, (it varies from two to three cleaners) and they cleaned my house which had had some construction, so it was a little extra dusty which I had mentioned earlier when I booked the cleaning, they up charged me by almost $100 without telling me it would be more and when I asked about the charge after seeing on my statement tried to say because they were there longer than usual, even though that was not the case when they looked into it further they said it was because the extra lady was there and that cost more even though it never has before and they even didn’t have to clean all of the rooms that they usually do and the reception lady was pretty rude and condescending about it. Unfortunately, the cleans are inconsistent. It seems like the billing has become inconsistent and honestly, the floors are still dusty, which is unfortunate since I had to pay almost 100 more dollars, will not be using them again.

Kings Green Cleaning has been cleaning my house and office space for almost ten years now! They have always exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, their teams are professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They paid attention to every detail and left my space looking spotless and refreshed.
