Star and April did a fantastic job! We had them come and deep clean following an extremely dusty construction project in our home. They made it liveable again!

I scheduled a move-in clean with Molly Maid before moving into my new home, which cost $550, because I desperately needed help with at least one part of the daunting move process. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations; there were multiple areas left untouched or incompletely cleaned, including the floors, blinds, kitchen cabinets exterior and interior, ceiling fans, bathtubs, and the oven.

Brandy was very professional and responsive, and she arranged for a follow-up visit. However, the crew that arrived was unable to proceed due to the items already in the house, despite assurances that the clean could be redone mid-move. This left me in a difficult spot, as I’d already begun unpacking and had to clean everything myself in addition to unpacking. After discussing with Brandy who discussed with the owner, I was offered a credit for a standard cleaning valued at $160, but this doesn’t address the need for the original move-in clean, which unfortunately cannot be redone now that I’m settled in.

I understand there are policies in place, but I believe this situation highlights the need for flexibility in such cases. I want to acknowledge Brandy’s professionalism—she handled everything kindly and with great effort, which I appreciated. However, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Molly Maid's cleaning, especially move-in services, as the on-site training, in-home team professionalism, and resolution policies didn’t align with what was needed.

The women did amazing! They were so kind and thorough, although I wish my floors were cleaned a bit better, but to be fair I do have 5 animals and they were at my house for a very long 4 hours! Would recommend!

Star and April did a great job; they were especially thorough with the window blinds and interior windows. I don't know how they got the inside of my back door clean! We have three dinosaur dogs that scratch at that door and made it look disgusting! But, it is super clean, now! They missed a few things I would have expected for the price; but, I think my husband was getting antsy and rushed them out. Besides the few minor things (e.g., 1 corner of a room was missed, dusting one bathroom wall), I thought Star and April did a great job! Highly recommended these two ladies and next time I will keep my husband from sending them away before they were done!

I felt like I could finally breathe and get things back on track! The team was wonderful—pleasant, helpful, and professional. My only constructive feedback is that I wish the floors had been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, though to be fair, I only booked a 1.5-hour session. Overall, they did a great job, and I would definitely recommend them!

I arranged for a deep clean of my daughter and son-in-law‘s home prior to the arrival of their new baby. The cleaning was beyond our expectations. A team of two arrived and worked almost four hours. The end result was wonderful. If you are on the fence about calling Mollymaid - just do it!

They cleaned our Airbnb for the second time and it was done very poorly. It did not look professional and was messy. Found dirty cookware outside, no toilet paper left for guests, only left 7/12 towels for guests, toilet seat left up, opened food left in cabinet, and no shampoo for guests. So much more that I won’t list. Very disappointed especially for what we pay. We were told they handle most of the Airbnbs in town, if so, I question how great these look after the cleaning. Update: They asked me to change my honest review.

I switch to King's Green Cleaning from another cleaning company and I am very happy I did. My wife and I cannot believe the way our house looks every time that we walk in after the cleaners have been there. We schedule a bi-weekly cleaning for the dusting, mopping, and wiping down counter tops the basic stuff and couldn't be happier with the results. It saves my wife and I so much time and provides us with the ability to spend much more time with our son instead of worrying about cleaning the house.

I have used King’s Green Cleaning on a regular schedule for years. They are always on time and do a great job cleaning not only my house, but a guest house on the property. Special touches like bringing in my trash cans (they come on trash day) and washing the bedsheets make life easier. Added bonus is how they treat my dogs. I have three dogs that are crated during the day when I’m gone. My crew lets them out of their crates to hang out while they clean, then puts them back up when they leave. I swear my dogs look forward to cleaning day as much as I do.

These ladies make sure our home is completely spotless every visit. They are extremely nice and go above and beyond just cleaning the house. They play with our dog and even have him excited when they visit. When the ladies come, it's just like having family come help clean the house. King's Green came to clean my garage apartment. They arrived within the time frame given and the two ladies were very pleasant and considerate of the space. They did a nice job - apartment smells and looks great.
