Kenzie, Paula, and Thais are truly a Godsend! They cleaned every inch of 4800 sq ft home to the point of sparkling! They showed up on time and worked extremely focused. The professionalism is evident as they were having to maneuver my 2 bulldogs, when our pups escaped their temporary visitor confinement to say hello. Truly appreciate their partnership in providing my family with a clean environment.

Molly Maids came to the rescue! We co-signed for a relative’s apartment, and to say they left it dirty is an understatement. Molly Maids came in and thoroughly cleaned the apartment and got it completely ready to turn back to management. Kenzie and Thais were efficient, very hard working, and thorough, and completed the work as promised within the established time frame. They were so pleasant - and took a hard situation for us and made us comfortable and gave us a great outcome. We will definitely use them again! Kudos for a job extremely well done!

The service was absolutely top notch! My cleaners, Kynzie & Thais, went above and beyond to clean my home. It was so clean it looked like I had just moved in. I was prepared to to pay a high price, but the cost was incredibly reasonable. It was ~$220 for them to clean my 2 bed/2 bath 1,000 sq ft apartment. And it is SPARKLING.
I will definitely be signing up for their bi-weekly service to keep my home clean. If you are struggling to keep things clean between life, kids, and work like I was, this is a god-send. Just reach out to them and they will help!

I had the pleasure of having Star and April come deep clean my home.. they was very efficient and awesome. I have almost 3 year twins an they enter acted with them an still managed to keep cleaning.. so appreciated of their work as well..

Initially I thought the service was well done after I did a quick visual walk through but boy was I wrong. As the days come I keep finding areas that weren't cleaned at all. I purchased a move-in cleaning package and I’ve been in my new home for almost two weeks now and I’m still finding untouched areas that were said to be included. Baseboards, window sills, refrigerator, cabinets, closet shelves, cobwebs in the corners, floor tiles. I'm not upset at the service because what was cleaned was done well but as it's my new home, some rooms weren't up to par. When I finally unpacked my wardrobe and there's an empty water bottle and dust on the top shelves in the walk in closet so it makes me think nothing was done. The consistency across all of the spaces is a deal breaker. The guest bath was cleaned thoroughly but not the primary? If I could, I would've doubled up on the Move-In and Deep Clean services and stayed present for the entire duration of it. What was supposed to be a 3.5 hour clean was less than 2. Wouldn’t recommend.

Molly Maid came to my rescue! My elderly brother had been struggling with health problems and badly needed his apartment cleaned. It was in terrible shape and hadn’t been cleaned in months. I knew I couldn’t clean it by myself.
I called Molly Maid and explained the situation. I was given a clear explanation of cost and time required and arrival day and time. I received texts leading up to the day of cleaning and a confirmation of the time the day before.
Star, April and Aaliyah arrived on time and immediately started to clean. They worked so hard and so quickly! They scrubbed floors and sinks and mirrors and dusted away the mountains of dust that had accumulated everywhere – on window shades and picture frames and mantels. They vacuumed and mopped. They were kind and friendly which I really appreciated. They finished the whole job in the 3 hours of time allowed. I was very happy with the job and felt that the cost was very reasonable.
I will definitely call them again in the future!

This is my 3rd cleaning with Molly maid. The first being a deep clean in moving into a new home and the last 2 being a monthly cleaning. The deep clean was moderately cleaned well, but the last two monthly cleanings were not done as throughly as it could be especially for the pay. I still had dirt and dried stains on my kitchen floors even after “mopping”. I texted the molly maid number and sent pictures and no one had responded. At the beginning they were very responsive when wanting my business but now that they have it they take days to respond. If you need someone to just go over your home quickly this is the service for you, but if you want it cleaned thoroughly I would not waste your money or time since you most likely would have to go over it again to clean which is besides the point.

We initially hired Molly Maid for weekly recurring cleanings, but after just two visits, we decided to look elsewhere. The Oklahoma City branch is relatively new—something the manager, Brandy, mentioned several times when we raised concerns.
Communication was inconsistent and slower than expected, despite their claims of being text-friendly and responsive. Within one week, six different individuals were sent to clean our home. This level of turnover felt impersonal, especially given the nature of the service.

We were also disappointed by the cleaning practices. For example, cleaners wore outdoor shoes inside and used rough, outdoor-style tools on indoor surfaces like ceiling fans. Some areas were noticeably overlooked, which gave the impression that our home was just another stop on a long list.

In the past, we’ve worked with smaller, local cleaning services and built relationships with the people coming into our home. That consistency brought peace of mind and better results. After this experience, we chose to return to that approach and have been much happier.

If you're looking for more personalized service and attention to detail, a local provider may be a better fit than a large franchise like Molly Maid.

I have been with this maid service for about a year,they are very nice to work with,Brandi is very helpful and nolagable of setting up are appointments around are schedule which helps tremendously,crews have always been super nice and curtious,as well as doing excellent work everytime..
