Their team is great! They did an excellent job and were very professional. I am very happy with the results and will be using them moving forward monthly. Estimated was less than the end total but it was close and they were very clear on what they would be charging start to finish.

We are thrilled that we found them! Our house looks brand new every two weeks & they are afordable! The girls are very trustworthy, fast, detailed & super nice!

We just had our first initial clean with Kings Green Cleaning yesterday and we are so happy with how thorough of a job they did. We have a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2k+ sf home and they cleaned it top to bottom. We are so thankful for their services and our family of 7 is looking forward to our next clean with them!!

I’ve use King’s Green for over two years at my short term rental. They are always consistent and reliable which is hard to find in a cleaning company that’s expected to show up several times a month. They make it happen!

GOD SEND! I truly feel King's team makes my life better. I'm a better mom, wife, and person for the support they give me. Truly, nothing is better than coming home to a clean house. From the wonderful smell that greets me when come home to the sparkling floors and folded throw blankets, it's the best thing I do for myself. The cost is totally reasonable, they always send a team so it never takes too long, and they are 100% reliable. In 6 years, I've only had one cancellation and Amy sent someone the very next day. Bonus: They get along with my dog who can be a real pain AND they fold the toilet paper into triangles like at a hotel. Makes me feel fancy! You need these people in your life.

We have used Kings now for about 3 months, every 2 weeks & we are very happy! We started with an excellent deep clean then followed with standard cleaning. The teams are thorough, on time & communicative. We always look forward to coming home on cleaning day!!!

In the event that you use King's Green Cleaning, I just had a few pointers:

1. They are extremely nice on the phone when you first call them and I really enjoyed only that portion of what transpired.
2. You get offered a price quote with a range after you make the appointment. Make sure you understand that the final price can be higher than what you were quoted, even when the area they cleaned was smaller. You might not get a final invoice, just a charge on your credit card with no explanation.
3. If you have any issues with the service or charges, or request somebody come out to look at the services that were not completed by 3 people in 2.5 hours, be prepared to have your legitimate complaints, backed up by before and after photos, be brushed off as illogical. Their website states they will work with you to correct any issues you may have. Even if you offer to have them come look at the work that was done, they may seem inconvenienced and not come out because they see a difference in opinion as aggressiveness towards their staff.
4. When asked about being charged more, you might get told that it was actually higher but they decided to be kind and bring the price down, something that could have been discussed over the phone when you were in touch about everything else.
5. Don't question them because maybe you will get told your house was in poor condition when you know and have proof in pictures that it wasn't.

I hope you have a better experience with them because my husband and I definitely did not. We had to call 4 different times to try and get an explanation or justification of charges, when the charge was higher than what we were quoted, although we were told it would be at the low end of the quote because we did not have appliances or drawers that needed to be cleaned. Be prepared, if you ask any follow up questions about the cleaning, the person who approved the billing and one of the owners we talked to had not spoken with the cleaning crew, they just assumed we were lying but would not come view the cleaning job even after an invitation was extended.

I love supporting local businesses but this experience was absolutely horrendous and unnecessary. I wish you all the best if you plan to choose them and hope you get the customer service promised on their website.

We have had King’s Green clean our house weekly for the past 6 months. They are professional,always arrive during the prearranged window of time, and I appreciate the confirmation call the day before. They do a great job cleaning, and I appreciate the efficiency of having a team clean rather than an individual person. This service could is super convenient and reliable!

Really wanted this to work out. Customer service was awful. They took forever to return texts and calls back. When did they call back, my questions seemed like they were such an inconvenience and had attitude on a few calls (As if I didn't invest over 200K in the house). The day they cleaned they had from 11am to 3pm and didn't finish until 4:10pm. And they even charged me extra! Luckily the guest didn't show up on time since check-in was at 3pm, which I told them a guest was coming weeks in advance. Plus, I instructed them to not take the towels and they still did and conveniently for them they were able to charge $50 extra for laundry combined with the bed sheets along. Only reason didn't give 1 star is she kindly sent back my bedding and towels soon.

I had my second cleaning with King’s Green Cleaning on June 28th and they were amazing! I had Team 5/12 come out and the ladies were kind and professional. They listened to me on the areas I wanted extra care on and took care of us. We had needed a last minute cleaning since we were in the middle of funeral arrangements and I am just so incredibly grateful for the ease of the process from my call with Camie all the way to the cleaning. My husband and I will be returning customers.

I’ve been using kings green cleaning for about 4 months and I have my home cleaned every 2 weeks. The cleaning staff are amazing at their job. They will send 2 or 3 people to my home and clean every room in less than 90 minutes. ( my house is around 2000sqf) It would take me at least all day to accomplish what they do. I love that the products they use aren’t too strong smelling. I feel like they are reasonably priced and they are always responsive to my feedback. Ive never had anything in my home damaged they always take care when cleaning my home. I only wish i had started using them sooner. The stress lifted from worrying about always cleaning has allowed me to spend more quality time with my family.

King's Green Cleaning is exceptional! We use their business to clean our business every 2 weeks and have had them do deep cleans for our rental house. Cami has the best customer service. She sends her best teams and ensures that all of our needs are met. I highly recommend this business! Thank you to you and your wonderful team!

King’s Cleaning has excellent employees, who do a wonderful job cleaning our house, using “green” products.

Our regular team (Liz & Mayra), are professional, courteous, and do a wonderful job!

If we have to change our schedule our day and time (which we seldom do), the employees at the main office work very hard to accommodate us. Sometimes we get another team when we shift our schedule, but they have done a great job as well.

Their prices are also reasonable, so we highly recommend King’s Cleaning!

Holy cow! We had a lot going on this month and then weather delayed our cleaning. Even though they got us rescheduled right away, by then the place was embarrassingly filthy. Team Z showed up on time and with energy to spare! My home is sparkling. Thanks Kings!

We have been consistently using King’s for over a year and a half now. We have them clean our home every two weeks. We have always had the same crew and arrival window and I really love and appreciate that consistency. They always do an excellent job! Highly recommend!

I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessional behavior I witnessed from the cleaners sent by Greens Cleaning Company. Two women came to clean my house and spent the entire time talking about me in Spanish, assuming I couldn’t understand. Not only were their comments rude and condescending, but they were also openly mocking me. It's one thing to have a private conversation, but to talk about a client in such a disrespectful and hurtful way is completely unacceptable.

Their behavior was completely uncalled for, and I felt disrespected in my own home. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable by a service provider before. I will NEVER use this company again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice before allowing such disrespectful people into your space.

They do a very thorough job and do it quickly. Love the way they work with your schedule , too I appreciate that they dust the ceiling fans and pictures on the wall. Clean my storm door on their way out. Willing to do things I have noticed need attention
