I don’t know anything about their landscaping but their driver ran me off the road at 59th and Mustang road while he was texting and driving. I hope the insurance company that insures their company vehicles that I got the name and number off of read these reviews.

The crews are very professional and do a great job. Austin Hayes, the owner, does amazing landscaping....just stunning!! Would highly recommend for all your yard needs.

Very unprofessional. I had asked the owner what the time frame and cost of two blue atlas cedar trees were and he asked for my address and thought he may just be looking up my home on Google earth or something to see the way my garden was set up. Anyway, I didn’t hear back from him for a few days, so I went and purchased a $400 blue atlas cedar from a local nursery and got it loaded in my truck and had a local landscape company scheduled to come out the next day to plant the tree. When I got back home with the tree, he had already been by my house and planted the trees and laid mulch? Like what? Never heard back from him so I did my own thing and moved to a different plan. A couple hours later I get a text from him saying your garden is done it’s going to be $680 please send a check to the office. I was livid! I had just bought a tree somewhere and was going to place the tree in the middle of my garden but couldn’t cause the other trees were already there. Never did I get a text saying “we are on the way” or “yes we would be happy to do the job this week” nothing. So I had to end up planting the $400 tree in a place I didn’t want to plant it. Then I text him and said “I don’t think this is fair, you planted the trees without my understanding that you were available and now I’m stuck with another $400 tree that is not returnable, how are we going to handle this? Never once did I receive good customer service from him once I said I didn’t approve of that happening. Months go by and still couldn’t come up with a plan. So this morning I walk out to my garden and they have come onto my property and removed the trees and taken them and also stepped all over my flowers I had just planted. Terrible customer service! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

We have so many good things to say about Tus Nua! They are really interested in doing the right thing and investing back into their community. Austin has been supporting the Britton District, where he offices, through volunteer hours including service on our Board, for several years. We can't say enough how much we appreciate the good work of these crews in helping us with everything from tree trimming and planting to landscape and maintenance. With several customers in the area, we're first hand witnesses to Tus Nua's faithful good work to them as well. Thanks for everything you do for us Austin!

I had service with the previous company before they merged together with this current company. Everything was great before the merge. Then I asked for the lawn not be mowed on 2 separate occasions and it was done while i was not home. They also put my card on file with out my permission and charged me on a week i didn’t even get my lawn mowed. Receptionist was very short and rude when i called in. Do not recommend.

Terrible drivers and representatives of their company! The guy driving their van cut me off and was inches from my front bumper. I had to slam on my breaks which resulted in the donuts I had for coworkers all on my floorboard. Then the guy had the nerve to honk and flip me off after he was the one that was the problem! No landscaping job you’re going to is worth driving like that and risking an accident. Pay attention to the road. You’re repping your company out there. The goal of your company should be to remain professional and your actions on the road are far from professional. Not smart to cut someone off, then honk and flip them off while driving your work van.

Was referred to this business by a real estate professional. Right off the bat, there were communication difficulties, as phone calls were not answered and voicemails were not returned. Eventually connected with the owner, who visited my residence and provided a quote for service. Discussed and agreed upon service every other week. The crew did a nice job, but stated they would be back the next week, despite prior agreement. Attempted to contact owner and again ran into communication issues with phone calls not answered and voicemails not returned. As such, the lawn crew showed up the next week, despite prior agreement. I stopped the crew and had to call the owner, who then backed out on prior agreement and said he would only come weekly. Since I did not want weekly service, he said that he could no longer provide me service and simply backed out of our prior agreement. Also stated that he did not charge me “overgrowth” fee during first service, which seemed quite inappropriate given that he had visited my property a couple days before the first service so that he could see the size and current state of my yard with his own eyes before providing my quote. In sum, my experience with this company is that they perform good quality lawn service, albeit at a high cost ($55/week for a medium sized lawn), with a poor customer service experience (not adhering to agreed upon terms and simply terminating service when confronted with this information), which in my opinion seems to go against the “Godly” standards described on this business’s website.

I am so impressed with the Tus Nua team. They are always on time, efficient and provide quality work. I discussed my lawn care wishes with the owner and he was quick to make those goals a reality. Thanks for helping me get a yard to be proud of!

Nice work on landscaping. Workers are polite and willing to work in all weather conditions. They are reliable and follow instructions very well. They also do a good job on holiday outdoor lights.

These guys keep going over property lines on my house and weed eating my Bermuda down to the dirt. They do not use a mower for lawn maintenance, they are running weed eaters to mow the entire lawn and scalp it to the dirt every time and are destroying my property multiple times in a row after even telling the crew before starting that they should not cross property lines. After repeatedly trying to fix this issue with them face to face I have no other choice than to write this review.

Austin has been cutting our grass for over 10 years. He also has serviced the sprinkler system and raise our retaining wall. His company Tus Nua has has been good to work with and always responds to my calls.
