Prelude: This was my first, and only experience with Precure.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. As many are doing, I am replacing plantings killed during the winter storm. I found a variety I liked that wasn't marked with a price. I flagged down an employee and she went off and back to give me a price. I load 15 or so and go to check out, only to be told that it's not in their system. Ok....that happens, so I wait for 5 minutes while the check out person talks on the phone, only to tell me the price was MUCH higher that I was told by the first employee. I explain that it had already been price checked, but I'm sure they knew I wanted them and the price stuck. I was told I could get another cart, find another shrub, load it up myself, bring it to them, unload the ones I no longer want, and load the new ones on my cart and check out. At NO TIME was I offered assistance in this exchange.

So I do all of the above MYSELF and try to check out. I give them an AMEX, and the checkout person asks me if I have another card. I ask her why and she says they PREFER to use Visa/MC. I told her I'd rather use my AMEX, then then woman standing next to her tell me they don't take AMEX. Two different employees, standing within 2 feet of each other, telling me two different things, AFTER they made me unload, reload, and
unload shrubs.

Never EVER again. I'll happily pay more for customer service. These people have a great selection with zero process or customer service.

Great inventory selection and customer service!

As a long time and VERY frequent buyer of this store, I'm appauled by the way my family and I were treated tonight. I preface this by saying: yes, there are ways we could of found out your store hours but it was a spur of the moment thing. Now with that said, the door was propped open and so we went on in. We were immediately greeted by the lady at the check out line loudly exclaiming, "What can we find for you in 5 minutes, we're closing." Now, I fully understand your want to go home at close. We all do. However, there are nicer ways to say, "Hey, just so you know, we are closing in 5 minutes". Example there. Easy. Polite. Anyway, we grabbed up the toddler and left. Reminder, their drive is one way. We were trying to leave and they were locking the out gate! The store isn't even technically closed at this point. Maybe you guys had a bad day, but I'm not feeling the customer appreciation today.

This nursery has some amazing plants! Me and my wife both love this place. The only problem is that they are so far from our house. If you're looking for some amazing plants, come here for sure!
