Buyer beware!! One star is too much. I bought two plants to replace roses in my front entry. The master gardener at Precure told me to wait until the 1st frost to move the roses. In the mean time one of the plants I purchased started dying. Apparently it’s root bound. I went back to the store to have the plant replaced and was told they have no plant guarantee. $65.00 out the window. I won’t shop at Precure again.

I bought a very expensive tree in the Spring and it died in the Fall. I called Jackie and she asked for a few pictures and warrantied the tree! I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received here. I would definitely recommend Precure!

Found our new nursery. I bought an Oklahoma Redbud and it looks great!
They said they were shorthanded but still took time to help me with my gardening questions. -

Great place to buy plants! I have purchased from them for many years. The plants are bigger and healthier than Lowes or Home depot. Don't expect to pay the same as big box stores however, you get better plants from a local nursery. The plants get watered better and have a better survivability chance.

Excellent supplier for all landscaping needs! They are all so helpful! And they are patient to give recommendations!! Thank you!

Moved into new home with a budget. Dan with PreCure came out to give his recommendations. Day of install my crepe myrtle was sick looking. I didn't want it planted but was reassured it would "grow back." I have called Dan several times to have said plant replaced. He has promised twice he would come to "see" the plant. I sent video of the dry cracking stems. Still no response. It's a shame you don't warrant plants or replace ones that were sick when installed.

Dennis was so helpful with information for us about what plants would work best in our beds. Great prices. And tons of selection. My go to from now on for plants and flowers.

I like this place HUGE selection. I feel like the overall quality of the plants and staff was a lot better when I had gone a year or two ago. I think maybe new owners? They have great prices on some things and others were vastly overpriced in my opinion. Incredible succulent selection I was pleasantly surprised by that. Main lady seemed a bit put out when I asked questions so not the friendliest and the cashier wasnt much better basically not super happy about being there I assume. Pop in see what you think its pretty well organized and has a TON of fountain options. They also carry a few cute and quirky lil gift options for the yard etc.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff that shows you around and tells you the details of shrubs and trees so you can make good choices. They took a few weeks until they planted my shrubs and tree but weather had interfered. Some didn't come out well this Spring and they were promptly replaced on the guarantee. Martin and Polo
replaced my Holly tree and were very caring and patient and did a good thorough job. -
Be aware, the hours on Google may NOT be correct (their website isn't even right!). Google said they close at 6, we showed up at 4:59 and as I was reaching the door, they slammed it all the way shut and hurried and locked it. Not cool! They have good prices. Customer service depends on who is working. I've had good experiences and meh experiences. Today was a joke though. It made me second guess wanting to make another big purchase there that I was planning to do this evening. I have been coming here for years (at least 4 years) and have purchased plants, pots, soil, etc.

My parents bought me two live oaks from this nursery and after great care they did not make it. They were a good size and I have a great track record for having a thriving yard. They have absolutely no plant guarantee at all. When I called to check the lady on the phone was very illusive I her way of speaking. I nor my family, will shop here again.

This nursery has some of the prettiest plants in the city, and a large selection. Customer service is unmatched- Jackie in particular took extra time to help me with my selection. I would definitely purchase from them again!

For the most part, I have had a pleasant experience at Precure. Last year we bought two Blue Atlas trees that unfortunately did not survive the summer. When I called and spoke with someone about the first one, they graciously said they would give us 30% off our next tree purchase in the fall, and when our second one died, I called to ask if we could receive the same discount for the second one. I was directed to the owner, who seemed off-put that anyone would offer a discount and begrudgingly said she could honor the 30%. I explained that I was asking a question and that the attitude was not needed. Cindy may need to work on her customer service skills if she wants to keep business. I would have been completely fine with her saying, we usually do not offer discounts, but I can honor it this one time. Still, instead, she placed her frustration on the customer because one of her employees offered a deal without her knowledge. I was asking a question and would have been okay with or without a discount.

Great selection of flowers with helpful and friendly staff. I always learn something new about gardening every time I visit.

I have been shopping at this nursery every summer for years, mainly because it’s near my house. Today I came back and got a cart full of plants, top to bottom. When I pushed it to the cashier counter, this male employee looked at me and said, “you got all of this and you can’t even put them in the counter, from now on don’t expect any discount “, I explained I thought he had a scanner but he just talking ugly, enough for me to hear and was very rough handling the pots, the flower petals fell off the plants and I told him he had such an attitude and he simply didn’t care. When he rang up over $265 because there was a charge for using the card which I understand but didn’t realize the total was that much, This employee continued to be nasty with me, saying “you’re waisting my time”. That was when I had enough. I told him he could take everything back and walked out. Precure isn't the only place to shop, sad but not sad.

First time at a nursery and i had the best experience with a worker named DENNIS!! He greeted me while walking in and immediately asked if I need help. He stayed with me the entire time and offered to educate me about the plants and preferred soil. Many times walking in a business, the workers will only look at you and continue to do whatever they are doing without even asking can they help. Dennis was a breath of fresh air. Please give Dennis a raise. Employees like him are hard to find these days. THANK YOU DENNIS! ONE LOVE ❤️

We have shopped at this nursery for several years and had been pleased. However, this year that has not been the case. There were a lot of plants to choose from, but most did not have tags, I.e., plant in full sun, part sun, etc. They are definitely understaffed and there was only one salesperson and they were overwhelmed. It also would have been nice if we would have known ahead of time that there is a surcharge for using a credit card. We did not know until the card had been processed. We will no longer be doing business with Precure.
