Great place, nice employees, won',t use any other cleaners or laundry

I have been going to Excel off and on for years. I have tried other cleaners, but nothing compares to the service provided by Excel. I have never had an issue.

Cause they messed up my white jeans.. there were know holes in my jeans when I bought them there? And When I got them back! There was holes all in my jeans..

This is a great place. They cleaned my pants in the time they said they would for a very reasonable price. I'm glad I found them.

STAY AWAY. I took a black coat for them to clean, and it was returned to me severely faded. I then took a pair of work slacks to them, and they came back with one side smooth and the other side rougher as all hell. STAY AWAY. They have NO idea of how to clean clothing.

Well I'm at lost in what to say about this place, I've been going to them for a few months, but I've recently stopped, they lost a pair of my work fr jeans ($75). I haven't talked to them but they are the only ones who handled my clothes.

I have used Excel for many years, if you want your clothes to look professional and like new, this is the place for all your dry cleaning and laundry services. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I've been taking my clothes here now for almost 25 years and I'm happy to say that both the quality and the customer service have never changed both have remained excellent over the years

The staff of Excel cleaners are a wonderful friendly group of people. I've been using their service for 20+ years... They know you by name. They offer fast service same day service.

I was initially satisfied with Excel. Yesterday, I discovered that 7 shirts and 5 pants had been written on with permanent marker to indicate my last name. Unacceptable to deface $600 in clothes without mentioning it to the customer.

I had been a customer here for about 4 years. I always dry clean the same clothes for the last four years. Now, they are complaining that my clothes are too small for the table, so had to be hand press. Their price when up to 4.45 for a shirt and 4.95 for a pants.

Man: How much is your dry cleaning?
Lady: $2 pull over shirts $5 button down.
Man: That's to much. You have a nice day.
Lady: You have a nice day too.

Man leaves lady calls the police. Tells the police the black man was hostile. Man walks next door and purchases drink and walks out to only have the ocpd stop him. Officers ask him is there a problem and tells him the lady called the police and said man was hostile & she was scared.

Does anybody see a problem with this scenario or is just me!? Let me tell you I'm disgusted at how others think they can just handle a black man! This world we live in is corrupted by masked & unmasked racism!

I do not recommend this place, never ever in my life, neither friends nor family did me extremely great damage to all my clothes and 12 pieces of Rock Revival brand pants that were almost new, a total of personal damages of more than 2000 dollars and I have proof and photos, they stained them with Clorox and other chemicals and the owner only refused to pay for what happened in his business and stood next to his workers who had a bad attitude because I was very angry about what happened and one of them They threatened to call the police after they did the damage to me, the worst experience of my life I would never recommend them 😡😡😡

Everyone is nice, they have never been late. I haven't ever had any issues. The prices are low, the store is open at times I can make it. They even help with missing buttons ect which saves a lot if time!

I have always gotten outstanding service. Very friendly staff. Clothes are professionally done. I have all of my clothes cleaned there.

This was the first time I tried this cleaners and they did not follow instruction. They did not crease my pants when I specifically told them that I wanted them creased. I needed the pants for an interview for the next day and now I have to crease them myself. I Will never go back if I have something important that I'm doing the next day!
