Love them, never any problems. I've been going for years too!. It's convenient going there because they have helped me with missing buttons. If it's something too serious, they got lost me in contact with the best person to help.

Never had a good experience here. My clothes never got cleaned. I basically gave them free money. I’ve had better dry cleaning at 2 star business way better but sadly I moved and that is 30 min away. Saying that to say this, I went to Excel Cleaners based off their good reviews trying to find another place but I would rate Excel Cleansrs 0 if I could!

Side note: and prices are too dang HIGH sheesh. Thought I was paying another bill for a second.

I brought two shirts and two pants to be cleaned and pressed. They ripped the buttons off one of the dress shirts. Also, the shirt could not be repaired for a few days. So I had to leave for my trip without the shirt. They also still charged me for the shirt cleaning. No apology or anything. She had the nerve to tell me “ I went ahead and charged your card for the full amount. So I don’t have to charge again when you pick up the shirt”. Just seemed very tacky and unprofessional to charge someone after you damage property.

Dropped off two brand new polo shirts to be Ironed. At the time of drop off I let who attended me know they were new and I wanted the tags. Was told okay pick up is next day. Went in picked up the shirts and didn’t see the tags. I proceeded to ask where the tags where as to they responded they throw them away. I asked when they were thrown to see if they were still around. I was responded by Mayra that the dumpster were outside and I was more than welcome. If I would have know they would discard of them I would have taken them with me at the time of drop off. Did not receive an apology at all. Should have payed attention to the previous reviews…..

I picked up some jeans today. There was a little plastic bag attached to them. The clerk removed it and handed it to me. The bag contained cash that was left in one of the jean pockets. It was $2. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. 2 dollars isn't a lot of money in today's economy. Integrity, now that is something that is becoming a rare find. Multiple employees handled those jeans. From beginning to end, thank each and every employee. Good job!!

Dropped off some jeans before 10am on a Monday. I was told they would be ready Wednesday, not same day by 3pm.

Never once have I ever been told the wouldn’t be ready same day.

Because of the compassion this place showed, I’ll forever be a customer. I brought my uncle’s suit to be dry-cleaned for his funeral. When I told the lady who the suit was for, she immediately insisted that there would be no charge. What a blessing to my family for this simple act of kindness.

I took a Santa Suit in. Tag said "Dry Clean only." When dropping off, they did not offer just Steam so it would not bleed. When the suit came out. All the white was pink. They tried it a second time and still pink. It will cost me several hundred dollars to replace the white fur. They did not offer a refund or replacement of the Suit.

was recommended by family member randal showed up on time and and ready to go. most of the time most places make me wait all day for them to show up but randal was on it and had our gutters cleaned and looking like they just got installed. best service I have had will not be choosing any other business thank you again twisters for your prompt timing and attention to detail on the work you provided.

Randle did an excellent job of cleaning a very stained back porch and the sides of my house and my driveway. l was very surprised on how new and clean every area looked. l would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an area cleaned through pressure washing. Excellent job!
