Juan was an absolute legend! Super professional, had all the answers to my questions, very pleased. Everything he said about the process was true. The three room deal I had worked out brilliantly. The high traffic areas of my carpet look the same as the no traffic areas.
Also, Juan was fast, knocked out the three rooms in <1hr but went over everything at least twice.

Kellym was very friendly and professional. He did a great job too and let me know all the steps in the process. He arrived right on time and let me know what to do in the aftercare and how long it would dry. Great employee. Will definitely use again in the future.

They went above and beyond to make sure my house was clean and safe. I highly recommend that everyone should get their air ducts cleaned out. Gary and Tyrone at Stanley Steemer did a wonderful job.

Fabulous....from start to finish. Bought the service yearly agreement. Love the fragrance...it's fresh and pleasant....my representative was kind, very professional and patient while I asked questions.

I don’t know what kind of sorcery Kaleb Cross practices, but my carpets went from drab to fab. The stains? Gone. The smell? Banished to another dimension. The carpet fibers are standing at attention like they just got a motivational speech.

Kaleb showed up, got straight to work, and absolutely dominated the dirt. I watched years of bad decisions disappear in real time. At one point I swear the carpet looked younger than it did when I moved in (and I bought the house new).

Professional? Yes. Efficient? Very. Magical wizard of cleanliness? Also yes. If your carpets are struggling emotionally, spiritually, or physically, Kaleb Cross is the guy. Would 100% let him judge my floors again (he did not actually judge them, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable).

Earlier today we had Stanley Steamer come in and clean our whole HVAC system, floor vents and ducting. The two young men who came and serviced our house were Lawrence and Collin. I can't say enough about them. They were Profesional, personable, friendly and courteous. They were very hard workers, and answered all our questions. Bottom line they did an excellent job in every way, and were a joy to be around. It's been 6 hours after the cleaning and our house smells amazing. No more damp moldy smell that we've been dealing with since we bought the house 4 years ago. . Thank you Lawrence and Collin.

David was a great technician. He explained the cleaning process, asked for my input so he could address my areas of greatest concern, and did an exceptional, efficient job with both our sectional and rocker. He even proactively set up a utility fan I had planned to arrange after he left - he was incredibly considerate and thoughtful!

I'm not one to leave many reviews, but this place definitely deserves a poor one. We bought their mostly expensive package, (all rooms, tile cleaned and given sealent, plus 2 return trips for 2 rooms each time). We bought the worker lunch and gave him a 50$ tip. After he left we noticed the tile was not all sealed and had boot prints on it. This last return trip(months later), the worker left mud, water puddles on the wood floor, and he broke my grandmother's 100% Precios Moments piece with the hose. Worst of all, I called 3 times, butt the woman would not call me back, although the person I talked to ensured me they would. Would leave a 0 if I could, do not recommend to anyone!

David, with Stanley Steemer, did a very thorough and good job on our carpet in all our rooms. The carpet does look much better now that he’s left and I wished I had used them prior to today. The service was very professional there wa no inconvenience whatsoever.

Arrived in a timely manner. Explained what was going to happen Before they started work. We’re very polite, efficient and quick. Feel as if reasonably priced no high sales tactic. Gave instruction for aftercare. Make sure all of the legs of the furniture were propped up as not To leave any stains. David and Shane were very efficient and pleasant. Very pleased with the service.

Tyrone did a great job. He was prompt, kind and quick. He explained the process as well as the payment process. He gave tips and recommendations that were appropriate and didn’t try to just sell services/products. Would use this service again!

Very nice, and professional!! Our love seat was transformed and the stain protection on our new sofa was applied in a very timely manner. I had only a window of time open to get this done, and everything worked out really well!!!

There are not enough words to say what an incredible job that David with Stanley Steamer did on our tile and carpet. The previous owners had let their big husky track red dirt all over the tile and carpet and I thought that the carpet was ruined and the grout would never be white again! David made it look like new! He was so professionals, honest, and informative. I would highly recommend them!

Matthew was great!! He was on time, very personable, even gave my dogs some attention. He took the time to provide explanations for different options to keep my carpet clean longer. I have used Stanley Steemer multiple times in this house and my last and have always been very satisfied.
