Stanley Steemer was called by my insurance company, Safeco, when I had a sudden flood of water beneath my flooring over a couple hours time. A pipe behind the wall of water heater closet in garage had developed a crack. Stanley Steemer said that a leak had been going for a long time (unseen), and therefore served as the only adjuster for my insurance to deny my entire claim, as they don’t cover “slow leaks”. They took measurements of moisture levels. The next day, that pipe was fixed but because it was recommended that my whole house be repiped FIRST (though nothing else was leaking), they refused to put any drying equipment in the house until that was completely finished. So for several days, not even a fan or dehumidifier was provided. I used my own, and the wall where the pipe was cracked was opened up by plumber, so it dried out. Dominic, the rep from Stanley Steemer said to call when repipe finished, and THEN they would address moisture. Almost a week later. In the end, things dried out on their own. As my plumber was reassuring that the wall and areas were indeed dry, I did not continue with Stanley Steemer. I did not enjoy working with them; the rep seemed uncaring, and I felt he totally worked for the insurance company and certainly not me. I’d never use them again for ANY need ever!

The guys that came out was very professional they announced Their self name and stated what they was there to do had a great sense of humor both of the guys Took care of my home I Left to grab a bite to eat while they work and they lift it in better shape than what it was when I got back. It was clean And now the duct system works great. My utility bills has truly dropped down to a little monthly payments now thank you very much and may God continue to bless you if anyone else out there needs great professional Called these guys Stanley steamer!!!

Great service from start to finish! Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team arrived on time. The technicians Aaron and Kaleb were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They did a thorough job with both the air duct and dryer vent cleaning, and I noticed an immediate improvement in air quality. My dryer is also working much more efficiently now. Honest, reliable, and well worth it—highly recommend!

Half of the carpet left soaking wet, half left dry from not even being touched. The area around the couch is bone dry because nothing was done to it. Had to soak up the dirty water left in the carpet with our own carpet cleaner after they were done. Added $20 to do a 5’x2’ closet in the bedroom. $180 for wet & dirty carpet, only to call another company to come do the job they’re paid to do. Thanks for the Steamer Stanley!

Save your money folks. The technician communicated well, however after spending around $300, I wasn’t impressed. The first photo shows the carpet right after Stanley Steemer finished. I decided to pull out my old Bissell steamer, and the second photo shows the dirt it lifted. Like what? The last picture is the result of my own cleaning.

David did an amazing job, he took his time to listen and to explain everything step by step to me he was kind and very professional. I highly recommend! Here it is a few days later and we had Stanley Steamer come back out for the rest of our carpets and Kellum also did a great job even with one of the rooms having tough stains. Thank you both!

5-star results on shower tile grout cleaning and sealing. Kellum was very professional and thorough.
My only complaint is that the online estimate was half the actual cost, but Kellum did provide the full cost for my approval before beginning any work.
The grout sealant lasts for 10 years and it requires 72-hours to cure before the shower may be used.

To start my mom and I have severe back issues to which we have had several surgeries to repair. That being said, I had them come clean my apartment. For the most part they did good but when you get to really looking it's not so good. They just shoved thing into closest and cabinets, its just like a child who doesn't want to clean and they just put stuff in the closet. There are things we cannot find: like my dogs medicine, they say it's in this spot but it's not. I had several bottles of half empty aresol deodorant that are gone. My mom's computer glasses are gone. We have limited pantry space and use our dining room table for food items and that is piled up instead looking if its expired or no good. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Then the just left the trash bags on the ground outside my front door. There was 8-9 trash bags. I had to make the 8-9 trips myself. As I was taking them to the dumpster, I about passed out. The following morning I was barely able to get out of bed. I am very very disappointed that I paid $500 for an incomplete job. I would not recommend them.

Worked with Mr. Gary Trent. He was friendly and got me taken care of and all for a price that was well worth the investment. I will definitely be recommending his services to others in the future!!!
