My tile is cleaned however I paid quite a bit for color seal and it’s sloppy most places…after paying for the service I have to go back over my floor and clean up the color seal. I understand that
It’s tedious work and the tech was super nice BUT now my grout lines do not look straight. They will not look straight until I clean up the color seal. It was disappointing after spending $500. I wish they could just sell me the product and I’d just do it myself since I have to essentially go over the entire floor :(

I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer. I had an exceptional experience because of Sharonne. He was personable, explained the process and then did a great job cleaning each room. I am extremely happy with the end results. When I use them again (and I will) I will request him.

Nicholas and William were thorough and efficient with the cleaning. They worked well together, so the whole service was completed in just about an hour. I really appreciated being able to track their arrival. The house smells so fresh and clean now. Great service!

Emma is outstanding! She was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. She explained the process, the expected outcome, and the possible outcome very clearly. Emma was quick and thorough. Couch and two chairs look like new! All for a very reasonable price.

David was very polite and professional and was on time. He explained what he was doing and was very thorough in cleaning and deodorizing our carpet. I was impressed that I got an appointment on the same day I called. I would recommend Stanley Steemer and ask for David. He was the best.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my entire life. I would stay far away from them.
I have a million photos of the horrible job they did, they tore up my furniture, they had me repeatedly take off work only to not show up. It got so unprofessional my insurance adjuster himself had to file a complaint with their p2p vendor program.
Run!!!

Cwaun was really nice & did a great job on my floors! I have 7 dogs & he was very patient with all of us! He cleaned most of my downstairs tile including the dog room. So happy to have clean floors again!

Jonathan is a great technician. He was friendly, quick, and to the point. I really think he made Stanley Steamer look great today. Also make sure you go with one of their coupons, it made the price very reasonable.

Claude did a fabulous job on everything. He was kind, courteous and respectful of the walls, my pet, our home. He explained everything before he did the work. He also made me aware they clean tile, grout, etc. I’m definitely going to have them come back and do that. I was very satisfied with every step of their service!!

William was awesome! I had an old (stinky) and very large couch cleaned and deodorized and my stairs cleaned. William let me know beforehand what to realistically expect (sharpie marks) and was honest about what the outcome would most likely be. I appreciated the honestly from the get go. Since the couch was so large, my estimate from the website was a little off but he worked with me to get it as close as possible. Once we agreed on a price point, he got straight to work and finished really quickly. The couch and stairs looked great after and I’m really happy with the outcome. He was blunt, polite and he was caring of my home. He shut doors behind him, arranged the couch back together and cleaned up any water that made it’s way to the floor. Highly recommend!

David and Mercedez were super awesome! They got there bright and sprite this morning and took care of all the areas we needed deep cleaned. We really appreciate how friendly, prompt, and detailed they were. The house looks and smells incredible. We are so happy with our service! We will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

We are very disappointed and not happy at all. My wife got our Hoover carpet cleaner out and cleaned the carpet 4 times better.
