Brook or Brock was a shady character..citywide will pay their cleaners,but will find any reason to take half the check..I'm sure the clients are happy,but the cleaners get shafted..Brook found himself trying to raise his voice to me,I checked him real quick..and they kept all my cleaning supplies from mean and paid me 200 dollars..which wasn't a fraction of what was owed, again they didn't let me get back in to get my supplies 200 worth of supplies.

This organization is great! They took over cleaning services from another local outfit and have delivered on everything they said they would. It is great to know that someone can keep their word and live up to your expectations. Highly recommend!

I would give them a Zero if I could. There is absolutely zero customer service! They never cleaned anything. They spent less than 10 minutes to clean a 5,000 sq ft office. They are nothing but a joke. They were also stealing supplies. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I found them to be highly unsatisfactory. Initially opting for CityWide with hopes of simplifying our supply ordering process and reducing stress. However, the reality has been quite different, with complications arising from ordering and delivery processes fees. .

Managing the frequency of invoicing proved to be a significant challenge. Each delivery of ordered items resulted in a separate invoice, leading to an overwhelming number of invoices to track and manage. Resorting to creating a separate Excel file just to stay organized speaks volumes about the inefficiency of their invoicing system.

Numerous concerns were raised regarding several issues, particularly the hidden costs associated with the 'free' dispensers. What was presented as a complimentary offering turned out to be a significant financial burden due to the ongoing expenses of refilling them with soap and paper towels. This lack of transparency, coupled with what felt like exploitation of a new business, left a sour taste.

CityWide's failure to fully disclose the ongoing costs and their inability to provide adequate explanations further exacerbated the situation. Transparency is paramount in business dealings, especially when catering to new owners who may not be familiar with the intricacies of such arrangements.

Ultimately, I made the decision to terminate our contract with CityWide. Despite no longer utilizing their services, I am still in the process of settling outstanding invoices three months post-cancellation. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for new business owners, emphasizing the importance of thoroughly understanding all aspects of agreements, particularly when promises of 'free' services are made – as the adage goes, nothing truly comes without a cost.
