Justin Dalton and Leah Monigold have hands down been the best duo that anyone could ever imagine. It doesn’t matter what I ask them to do, they do it with the upmost intensity and attention to detail that anyone could ask for. They are true Rockstars!

We have been using City Wide of Oklahoma’s services since May of 2020, and we feel this review is long overdue!

In fact, when other cleaning companies call us, I tell them were are more than satisfied with our current provider, and aren't even taking bids!

City Wide of Oklahoma does more than custodial services; they also have building and maintenance solutions with over 20 various services from facility disinfecting for viruses, pressure washing, and yes; they do windows!

They have installed foaming soap dispensers as well as a protective carpet at our entry doors!

As Office Coordinator of ADG Blatt PC, I can say that I highly recommend City Wide of Oklahoma for all your facility solutions. They can customize and develop a plan that fits your specific needs.

We have been very pleased with our experience with City Wide services. Our Facility Rep has been great. He's so professional, kind, and has done such a great job communicating and ensuring we are taken care of.

Disappointing service and no follow-through. I reached out to City Wide Facility Service Oklahoma City and was told someone would call me back — that call never happened. I followed up multiple times with no response. Reliability and communication matter, and in my experience this company failed on both. I can’t recommend them based on how they handled this.

I truly hope nobody ever needs this man services. But if you do, he is truly amazing. His team helped us through the hardest day of our life, With professionalism and grace and compassion.

This company was amazing from start to finish. The day I called I was treated kindly and with compassion, given my circumstances. Jeff took care of everything, from the home to the insurance. I highly recommend this company.

I was recently faced with a situation of needing Clostridium difficile (C. diff.) cleaned in our vehicle. Our child was diagnosed with C. diff., and some infectious material likely made its way to our vehicle’s interior. If you are not aware of how difficult this bacterium is to kill, please take some time to look into this microorganism. As a Board Certified Pharmacist that has worked in a hospital for most of my career, I can attest to how difficult this bacterium is to kill. The standard method to kill this bug is using a diluted bleach solution. This works great on hard surfaces, but not for fabrics and carpet inside a vehicle. In my search, I found BioSheen of Oklahoma. I did some research on the website and decided to call for more information and a quote. Jeff answered the phone and spent the next 20 minutes not only discussing my cleaning options, but also showing compassion for the situation we were facing. He sensed our urgency and worked us into his schedule on the same day as our call.

BioSheen of Oklahoma uses the TOMI Steramist system using Binary Ionization Technology (BIT) to essentially coat the entire surface with a fine mist. This product is registered with the EPA for its antimicrobial affects, which gave me confidence in choosing BioSheen for our cleaning needs.

I have done my due diligence in researching this product and its effectiveness. As a parent, and as a pharmacist, I am so thankful to have found Jeff. He and his wife are passionate about their business and even more compassionate toward the people that are in need of their services. Highly skilled and professional service. We are forever grateful we found them in our time of need.

I would like to begin this letter by saying I highly recommend Jeff Jones and Bio Sheen Services to anyone who operates a public or private facility where they operate a jail or detention facility or have vehicles that are used to transport citizens. They specialize in many different types of Forensic Restoration services from crime scenes to natural disasters and infectious disease control. Jeff and his team are professional, and they are a caring and compassionate organization that truly live to serve others. Their customer service is beyond amazing.
With this being said I would like to share some background information with all of you.
We were first introduced to Jeff Jones and his professional team with Bio Sheen Services when they were employed at a suicide scene in our jurisdiction in August of 2019. Jeff and his team began talking with us here at the Geary Police Department about the need to deep clean and bio sanitize our jail facility as well as our patrol cars. In law enforcement we come across people who could potentially be suffering from any number of infectious and contagious illnesses or disease.
The Chief of Police, myself and Jeff began a conversation about their process of cleaning and bio sanitizing our jail to make it the cleanest and safest it can be for not only the people who are incarcerated in it but for the whole jail staff that works in the jail.
We at the Geary Police Department decided we wanted to bring this level of cleanliness and sanitization to our facility and we invited Jeff and his Bio Sheen crew into our facility to do their cleaning and bio sanitizing procedure. Jeff and Bio Sheen employed both high tech equipment and good old-fashioned elbow grease while utilizing technology and equipment to test and insure that the facility was completely sanitized. Jeff and his crew insured us the whole time we were in no danger from the products they used to clean and sanitize our facility. We remained inside of the building the entire time while they did their procedures to clean and sanitize.
Jeff and his crew spent the better part of a whole day here working on our Jail facility and our patrol cars. They cleaned the walls, floors, bunks and ceiling in our jail. Jeff and his crew completely cleaned, and bio sanitized every part of our jail down to the door locks and handles. When they completed our facility they also cleaned, and bio sanitized our patrol vehicles making them safer for our officers to work out of.
Jeff and his crew are very professional and take great pride in the outstanding service they provide.
We here at the Geary Police Department intend to utilize Jeff and his Bio Sheen crew again in the future to clean and bio sanitize our jail and patrol vehicles. We would highly recommend any agency who operates a jail facility and who are serious about the safety of their staff as well as inmates they house to give Jeff and his team at Bio Sheen Services a call. You won’t be disappointed in their service.

Stratus Building Solutions is a fantastic cleaning company.
Carter Green got right on top of an urgent cleaning issue for us. Our sewer line backed up into the ladies room and flooded floors. Title floors in both restrooms had to be cleaned. Carpeted hallways had to be cleaned. Everything need to be sanitized and the smell had to be removed. These guys did it all! When they left this place was good as NEW. I could not have asked for more. The next time you need a cleaning company, these are the guys to call. Thank you Carter and than you to the people that did this amazing work. We could not be happier.

Stratus Building Solutions have been a great asset to the organization that I work for when we brought them onboard to replace the cleaning service we previously had.

Stratus came in and took over and vastly improved the cleanliness of our satellite locations around the Oklahoma City area. They do regular inspections of their cleaning staff and provide me with the results. Anything we ask them to do they do without pause and respond with great results!

The owners, management staff, etc. have all been great in everything they do. They do exactly what they say they are going to do without fail. We've used them for about a year now and as I stated earlier they've been a valuable asset to not only my crew but to my organization in whole.
