I am a Commercial Superintendent, I use Stratus for all of our cleaning needs . They have always done an awesome job . All their crews are professional and always on time . The management team is great at communication and getting crews scheduled and onsite . We had contractors come in right after a clean on a job that was set to open the next day and tracked the floor up. The cleaning crew had already left after completing the final clean. The Management team got them turned around and the issue was resolved before the grand opening the next day.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Beau was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Stratus crew members are friendly & always willing to tackle whatever I send to them. I ask & they deliver!!! I appreciate their hard work & willingness to provide great cleaning through out our building. Beau is exceptional & very responsive with my requests.

I called to inquire about buying into the franchise and the person I called was very rude. I told him I was calling the number included in the email I had received & he told me to tell him what the email said as if I was lying and told me the email I received was from someone who no longer worked there. He then said that they weren't 'giving anything out' due to Covid-19. The whole time I was on the phone, he made it seem as if I was bothering him. He was really short, rude & cutting me off & shut down any questions that I had. If you all aren't accepting anymore franchisees, you should state such on your website. I would prefer that than being spoke to the way I was and here I am calling to invest money into YOUR company. Needless to say, I've decided as of today, to start my own cleaning business and gain my own clients and keep my money to myself. There are hundreds of people working with other cleaning franchises that begin with a 'J' that are booked and busy. If you all aren't able to provide CLEANING & DISINFECTING SERVICES during a pandemic in buildings when people are gone home & you're alone, this isn't the company I need to be working for.

Hmm. Where do I start let's start with this company is not reliable at all do not attempt to take this company on as your janitorial company you WILL regret it I promise. Secondly, if you plan on opening a Franchise with this company DONT I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT! You will end up making minimum wage and Coverall will benefit from all your profits, simply put they will pocket more money than you will in the end. Lastly, the people employed at this company are not in it for YOU as a Customer or a Franchise Owner they do not support you and will work against you while you are blindsided the whole time by thier unethical business practices. Truth is just stay away there way better companies and Franchises out there to invest your money and your time in.

Jason Robison has been wonderful about communication, he listened to our needs and concerns with our cleaning being a non-profit agency with a lot of traffic and found the perfect person to clean our building. Coverall is a client focused company that puts the client's needs first. Outstanding service!!! Highly recommend

We have been with JK a few years. They are reliable and manage pre/post clean for all our larger meetings and events in addition to their regular cleaning routines. Management and cleaning crews and responsive to special requests and they are affordable.
