Jered performed seasonal weed control. Did a great job as all Agrilawn employees have always done for me. I’ve been a repeat customer for maybe a decade and have always been more than pleased with the service and value.

Evan came out and sprayed my lawn with pre-emergents. He was so nice to call and introduce himself before he arrived. He also asked if I needed other services. Evan was very professional, and I hope to see him again! Agrilawn always does a great job for my lawn!

Davyn has continually done a great job of treating our yard. His pride in what he does definitely shows! He is very courteous and mindful by making sure our gate is closed and secure. He appreciate his service!

I tried to get them to mow my lawn. I even offered more than what was offered. Yet they never showed and never responded back when I tried to contact them.

Asked to have my lawn mowed and he has yet to provide a service after two months. The only he did was come look at my front lawn and then drive away.

Brian's team has been mowing my lawn for years and have always done a great job.

They do a great job mowing and spraying my yard. I also call them anytime I need the snow plowed on my driveway.

asked him for a quote on my 6 by 8 foot front yard only, he asked for my address and then hung up. I assumed he wasn't going to do it, until 3 weeks later my lawn was mowed poorly. One week later I get a bill for 45 dollars. never using this douche again

Lawn looks soooo sharp. They dealt with overgrown weeds, edging that has never been done at all, I'm pretty sure, and everyone from their office folks to their lawn technicians were great at communication and so nice.

I wish I could give them less than one star. Definitely not customer service oriented. They broke out a glass on my truck while I was driving by them. And kept trying to refuse to fix the problem that they created. Would never trust a company that cant right their own wrong doing.

We wanted to remove English vines which have overtaken a corner and side of our 20’x33’ yard in addition to removing about five young trees of small diameter. There is a patch of poison ivy and some trash items we wanted removed from our side yard, too. Damon, the tech, was very nice. He sized up the yard and took pictures to submit to his office manager for fast pricing. We heard nothing by phone or email until after the weekend when Damon returned our call to tell us his manager wants to charge us $1,200 and they estimated a need for thirty workers. I was shocked because we don’t live in an expensive market or neighborhood. After a little negotiation we settled on $750 (and probably four workers). Most of the vines can be pulled off the fence and wall but we still need one area of the vine roots cut and dug out and it will require manual labor. He said he would contact his manager right away and let them know we agreed upon a price and the parameters of the job that we discussed. We asked for a confirmation email from the manager stating these agreements. We are still waiting. We selected Thunder Lawn because of their many high ratings but have thus far been confused by them. Unless something else happens I’m giving them a single ⭐️ star. We only want to be dealt with professionally and honestly.
Note: We received a call from the manager who was very nice and apologetic for the delay. They are, apparently, only able to email invoices and give a single line general description of one aspect of the job. I expect that this is fine but would have preferred a bit more detail. I expect they will honor the agreement we made verbally with Damon. I plan to keep this review until the job is complete as it gives the most detail and I plan to honor my side of the verbal agreement by paying the company.
Second Note: My husband paid the service. The crew was very nice. The main issue is that I over-expected the vine removal effort but they did apply quite a bit of vine killer. If you need them to adhere to a schedule you will need to make it in some kind of writing or something.
