Great family-owned company who take the time to talk to you and give recommendations. We had bag worms one year, and the gentleman who came to fertilize told me how to get rid of them and didn't try to upsell anything. They truly care about you and your yard. We've used them for many years. Highly recommend.

This company is frustrating!! They do not let you know they’re coming.... which is frustrating if they come a day before the yard crew picking up leaves! This happened again yesterday. Their service was a waste of effort and material.

We are discontinuing their service. I do not recommend them.

Brian saved my 15 year old lacebark elm. Another tree service told me it was blight and wanted to remove it. Brian quickly evaluated it for freeze damage and recommended Miracle Gro and water for the stress. He is honorable, reliable and good for your trees! He knows his stuff!

Brian and his sons provide excellent weed and lawn control. If I have a question about a tree, Brian has been very helpful. They are reliable and let you know when they are coming.

Fenix has turned my lawn around. We had an invasion of goose grass that we fought for years. Fenix was able to completely transform my lawn from SAD to RAD in one year! Being outside is now a joy and not an embarrassment! Reasonable, reliable and results!

Fenix provides us lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, grub control, tree and shrub fertilization and insect control, arborist needs (pruning after winter storms, preventive care, tree trunk crack stabilization), and soil testing. You can choose from a menu of services to tailor to your needs and budget. Each application comes with instructions as to what the service was, the chemicals applied, and what I should do/expect. They have always responded quickly to questions and concerns. As an existing customer, I got swift arborist service after the ice storms to care for and clean up my trees and bushes - no waiting in line for other tree service providers! Their prices are competitive. I have always been informed before service when I choose, but enjoy the scheduled services without worry. This family owned business gets a green thumb up for all these reasons!

We are new to the area. We were struggling with our front yard and the grass health. After a thorough consultation and evaluation of our yard. Fenix Lawn and Tree gave us an entire plan. Enrich the soil, get more oxygen and irrigate more often and for longer periods. This business knows what it takes to keep your yard amazing. If it’s not there yet, like mine was. Strong expertise in the care of lawns and trees. I worked with Fenix a couple years ago and then tried another company due to saving some costs. The other company was a disappointment and my lawn did not look as good, so I went back to Fenix. My lawn is back to looking the way I'd like. If any stray weeds pop up, they come back out to address them at no charge. They hand-apply their fertilizer so they're very careful to keep it from getting in our pool, as well. Brian is very talented as an arborist and routinely fields my questions so I can be the best steward of my land and take care of my trees, too.

The only drawback I can find is that prices keep rising, which may push me into skipping treatments to be able to afford the plan. Aside from that, I am very happy working with Fenix and consider them a good partner in keeping our property looking great.

After trying other services for 2 or 3 years each with marginal results, a neighbor recommended Fenix. They are the best. Right products applied at the right time with helpful comments left at front door. Best my lawn has looked in 25-30 years. Zero weeds. Always green and healthy. INCREDIBLE service and results. Lisa always is professional and extremely knowledgeable of their service. The team services our lawn in scheduling and in and product as if it was their own. I attempted to do the lawn my self. When i contacted Fenix, they schedule quickly, added our lawn to their rotation and the results are incredible. If you’re looking for an honest, friendly, knowledgeable service with great product, Fenix Lawn and Tree is the company for you.

Been a customer for years and when I expressed that I was concerned that my yard was still full of weeds I was told that I shouldn’t expect a “pristine” lawn. Told the owner I did expect a yard that wasn’t full of weeds and when I said to cancel my service, they hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Response:

1) I signed up for the program YOU recommended for me to have a weed free yard.
2) If an application was skipped, that’s on you. I never requested an application be missed.
3) I have a sprinkler system that I set as instructed on my door hanger following application.
4) I know the difference between fescue and weeds.
5) I had you on speaker yesterday and everyone was flabbergasted by your rude attitude. Shall I have them also offer a review about our interaction and affirm that it was you that hung up on me?
6) I gave you a poor review because of the way you chose to handle my concerns about my lawn.
