Just purchased lots of beautiful plants! Big sale, some were $.50, $1, $3, lots of fun & the staff is always courteous & helpful.

Do not visit this location!! Especially lawn and garden. Worst customer service I have experienced. Gray in lawn and garden said no Manager was present....lied to me. I was told to load 40 large bags of mulch and to pull up edging on my phone because they didn’t “feel like” looking for it. If I could give -50 I would.

Awesome place to get all your home improvement needs. The garden center guy was so helpful. I think his name is Eric. Ask for him by name and he will help you any way he can.

I placed an online order and had to go to the location 2 times to pick it up. First time, they couldn't reach someone to find out where the order was. The second time, they pulled it up and told me to go to quick load and they would bring out & load. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to finally come out. It was about 95 degrees outside. I was very unamused.

They have most everything. My only complaint is I couldn't return an item because I waited too long, an item they still sell, I had my receipt and the item was still perfectly packaged, I just could not use it.

I have been in, and out of the hospital quicker than it took me to go through the checkout. In all seriousness the employees there need alot more training on how to process customers. I stood in line for 25 minutes waiting for one person to be processed while the employee was playing on her phone. I will only be placing curbside from now on even if all I need is a screw

I enjoy the garden center, I can spend a lot of time just looking at all they have. I buy a lot of plants and 9 out of 10 live a long life. They have a lot to choose from, not just for the outside of your house but the in side as well. The price are ok too. You can always get help loading when you need help or information.
I shop only at 2 Lowe's (NW 39 & May Ave & Memorial road and Penn) but I am guessing the outher Lowe's are as equal.

Plant mom gets her fix... Best selection is Memorial location.

They have live ladybugs!! Employees at here is always helpful.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Great place for seasonal decor, birdbaths, ornamental garden features, plants, trees, herbs and flowers...not to mention soil ammendments and tools.

Nice selection, especially the tropical plants. It is more pricey than going to a mom and pop nursery like Pam's or Rudy's.

Great little nursery helpful associates just wish there a bit more selection on sappling or 1st year trees

Awesome place to get plants.. great variety and the plants aren't dead they are healthy and the flowers are so beautiful..they also have a large selection of herbs and vegetables

Hoya and dischidia are priced way better here than online!

Umm, the guy who gave two stars because he wasn't immediately helped is being ridiculous. Personally, I don't like "salesmen" hovering around me. I'm not an expert, but I try to do some research before going to the store, and I was happy that the lady who helped me knew a grass I was describing was sold out and how different grasses will grow, which is far more info than I would get at Home Depot or Lowes.

Stoped in to buy mulch at the NW location While I was putting the mulch on the cart a young employee waked by didn’t offer to help. Checked out no offer to help load my truck. I left the cart in the parking lot. While I was leaving a employee mouthed obscenities for leaving the cart. Zero customer service for a retired person
