First time visit, found the plant I'd only seen on the internet. So of course I had to get it!

Great store! The lady there was very helpful. They were out of the product I needed. So she called the other location on Memorial, and found what I needed in under a minute. Great prices too! They saved the day. My husband has wanted a bonsai tree for a long time, and it’s his birthday. They came by recommendation from multiple people when I asked on Facebook for recs.

I texted beforehand to check availability of the plants I was interested in before coming.

They had a large selection of trees, herbs, flowers, etc. They also have pots, equipment and accessories like wind chimes. There's a big wall selection of seeds too! I got lavender, a few types of basil, rosemary and a pepper plant.

The staff was friendly and the prices are really reasonable compared to a store like walmart. Plus there are cats inside that are super sweet!!

I bought two Red Ghost Pepper plants here a few weeks ago, and a Carolina Reaper from the Memorial location.

Turns out, they aren't Ghosts at all. They aren't even a capsicum chinenses. They're a type of capsicum annuum. It's pretty likely my Reaper isn't actually a Reaper either.

I like TLC, the employees are friendly and helpful and the selection is great. I would just advise against buying any superhot pepper plants here.

The re-potting department at Tlc northwest expressway is the best. Anna is very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring of the plants. She helps me take better care of my plants

Our garden club group met with Shelley at NW Expwy to learn about poinsettias and how to dress them with foil and bows. It was all hands-on, and lots of fun. Shelley was so patient and kind. I highly recommend the service at TLC.

Such an amazing and HUGE collection of plants. Have purchased multiple plants from here which all have been doing great! Their selection also includes a variety fertilizers and pots. Expect to walk out with at least 3 plants.

Incredible Plant Care & Amazing Service!

I cannot thank Anna and the entire TLC team enough for their incredible help with my plants! I inherited several plants from my grandma that had been abandoned and neglected for about two months before I got them. I did my best to bring them back to health, but I wasn’t sure how to properly care for them.

When I took them to TLC, Anna did a full inspection, treated them, repotted them, and completely revived them—they look brand new! Her expertise and kindness were beyond what I expected. I was also helped by a couple of other wonderful women who were just as knowledgeable and supportive.

If you need expert plant care, repotting, or just great advice, TLC is THE place to go. Their team is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about plants and their customers. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them to anyone!

I have shopped here for many years and you simply can’t beat the quality of the plants sold here, the customer service is top tier! I have been looking for certain flowers and shrubs that I can’t find anywhere the last couple times Blake has ordered them for me and been such a big help, most of the time you can’t find that kind of care anywhere! The only downside to this location is the parking lot…. I have been coming here for a long time and this is by far the worst it’s ever been! The pot holes are MASSIVE! Definitely hoping this is something they will take care of, besides that 10/10 experience and will always recommend this place to everyone!
