I would love to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, I agree with the comments below. We felt the first cost mentioned was high, but we like to support small businesses. However, we were charged even more and felt that the 10 minutes of work wasn't worth the $400+ we had to spend. We do not recommend this company to anyone, please do your research before hiring. I will say the plumber that came out was nice and professional, however, after further research, they are well overpriced.

I had a gas leak, Had one plumber come out didn't repair it correctly. Then another business said I needed a re-pipe. I'm so glad I called Edco, they showed up in 20 minutes. Which was great, Brent showed up first told me what they would do. The price was excellent got all my work done within 3 hours. Repaired my gas lines saved me thousands of dollars. After I got my gas turned on, I smelled gas later on in my house, my old wall heater was leaking gas. Called them after hours and were there within 30 minutes and repaired it quickly. Want to say thanks to Brent, lance, Logan, matt, and Ed for all the work you guys did to get my gas turned back on. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. So any issues I may have in the future I will call Edco.

Logan and Lance at Edco were the definition of professionalism! I had a major plumbing situation that I was getting quoted an arm and a leg for from everyone else and Edco not only gave me reasonable pricing they over delivered on the time it took to get the job done and done the right way. When you are trying to change something simple and a pipe breaks off into your hand you need someone quick and reliable. Edco did just that for me yesterday! They were able to come out just a few hours after I called and were knowledgeable and quick with service. I was able to continue with my project after they left and got it done in my desired time frame. Thank you Edco!

Easy five stars. We had been having heating problems in our house the past couple of weeks and the weather was much colder than usual. I tried submitting requests with some bigger companies but didn’t get a response and nothing was available for a couple of days. We heard about Edco from a friend of ours who said they were great so we gave them a call. Eric showed up within the hour to help us out and got our gas furnace all fixed up in record time. He was quick, easy to carry on a conversation with, and was done working in only an hour or so. I will definitely be a returning customer for not only heating but any A/C and plumbing issues we have. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Very helpful and honest! Heathco came and did an inspection of my water heater system and ensure it was up to the code. They suggested that no work needed to be done.

Had a toilet repair. The dispatcher had someone out first thing the next morning. Super please with how fast they worked to fix my problem. They were in tune how to my toilet repair. They also cleaned up after themselves. Very rare to find. So if I needed plumbing in the future will definitely give them a call.

I have been using Edco plumbing for years both for service calls/repairs and also new equipment. They always show up on time or keep you updated on arrival time. They are very professional and will explain your issues so that you understand, everyone that has been to my house have been very kind and never laugh at my stupid questions.

Got home at around 4:30 on a Friday to my A/C out. Lance was able to make it to my house in less than 45 minutes and got it fixed in a very timely manner at a very reasonable price. Great company and staff to deal with and they do fantastic work. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Edco.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

I had a clogged washer drain, they did get the line cleared but the charge was $486.50. Before the work was done My wife and I both heard the plumber say $85 trip charge plus $46.50 to get on the roof. I am not sure if we BOTH heard him wrong but I was VERY surprised after my wife told me what we were charged.

I’ve been a loyal Edco customer for years—not just for my own home, but also for my mom’s rental property. Their service has consistently exceeded expectations. Matt, in particular, stands out for his proactive communication. He always keeps me informed of potential repairs and maintenance issues at the rental house, which allows us to plan ahead and avoid unnecessary homeowner insurance claims. That alone has saved us a significant amount of money.

Whether it’s routine maintenance or an emergency, Edco has always been prompt and accommodating, even scheduling around my work hours. Today, Matt installed a new kitchen faucet. Honestly, I probably could have tackled the job myself, but there comes a point when you realize your time is worth something. What would’ve taken me two days, Matt completed quickly and professionally—and every penny I spent was worth the time and peace of mind I gained.

Came into a flooded living room on a Saturday morning. Discovered it was the hot water tank. My husband contacted Edco Plumbing and had someone at our house within 45 minutes. Within 3 hours we had a top brand water tank installed and was given more information by this company than we have ever had from any plumbing company in the past regarding maintenance of the tank and what recommendations of future repair work w/quoted pricing that needs to be considered. Very professional family owned business and we would highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

Had my 17 year old water heater fail on me (in December, of course). Called Edco at 3:30 PM. Lance arrived at 4:30 PM, ordered a new water heater to be delivered while he removed the old one, prepped the site, installed the new water heater, tested it, and was finished by 7:30 PM. I had nice, hot water an hour later. Outstanding service and a decent price; I am a very happy customer!

STAY AWAY!!!! Their business model is to come out and quote you triple of other companies and collect their service fee if you go elsewhere. Or they do the work for you at triple the cost. They quoted separate projects for me. The first was to replace a vanity faucet that I am supplying. They quoted over $700 for this. Another plumbing company quoted me under $200 total for the same project and even did the quote for free. I had to pay the service fee to Edco just for the quote. They also quoted me over $4500 to replace a valve and knobs on my bathtub and I supply all parts. Another company quoted me under $1150 for the same project, and the quote was free. Almost all reviews for Edco on Yelp are 1 star reviews and they all speak of similar experiences. If Edco responds at all they simply say that they are sorry that the customer doesn’t see the value of their service. Im not sure what makes them think their work is worth more than triple of that of other plumbing companies in the OKC area.

You don’t have your facts straight. I didn’t play plumber as you so poetically put it. I hadn’t done anything yet on either project. Also, your quote did not include any parts as I am supplying those. You’re just mad that everyone calls you out on being a crooked business owner taking advantage of people who don’t always know any better or feel as though they have no other option. Before you start talking smack publicly you should get your facts straight. All of it is just excuses to try to hide the fact that 5his is your business practice. The many other reviews out there tell a similar story as what I experienced. If this is what you need to tell yourself so you can sleep at night then I’ll take the hit from you. But know this, you didn’t scam me as you did so many other people.
