Gentleman came promptly, was pleasant and was very professional, he did a complete check of the system and took care of the issue right away, even changed my indoor filter after fully cleaning the outdoor unit. He took pictures to show me what was going on and all went well.

Next Day Service, Jimmy Tech came out and interviewed me to better understand my concern and quickly discovered slightly under charged and confirmed that I needed to replace my previously installed AC plenums made from AC Board vs actual Metal Duct...Several leaks into the Attic and A/C pulling in Hot Attic Air.....Frank, from the office quickly got quote and A/C vent temp just with recharge went from high 50's to low 60's to to low 50's high 40's...cooling like a champ for a fraction of the cost of another company.....If you looking for Great Value and friendly Service try them out! ....Saved me Thousands compared to another company! Carlos and Aldo from OKC Plumbing and HVAC came out today and did such an amazing job! They replaced both ac and heat in record time. Not to mention the heat is in the attic. When talking to Carlos, he showed great professionalism and was very knowledgeable in his job. I cannot thank them enough for all they did. This type of work and in this heat is no joke. I pray for many blessings for these two! Huge asset to their company!

Can I just say what great professionals. With my house being so hot me and my kids were very uncomfortable and these guys came out even though they were done for the day. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend and will be using them in the future
