I recently had an awesome experience with Coe Plumbing. Kevin (who prefers to be called Cupcake) is a true professional and I recommend him specifically if you are able to request him. I received a ridiculous quote and assessment from Mullin Plumbing so I called Coe to have them come check on 2 clogged shower drains that I had. Mullin spent 15 min looking and said I needed a new line for $2300 plus $250 equipment plus $95 for the quick, shoddy assessment. Coe sent Cupcake out and he diligently unclogged my older (60s) shower drains while answering any questions I had and generally being very pleasant to be around and chargd around $150 to clear both drains. Overall, I can say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the OKC area for any sort of house call/repair. Strong recommend.

EDIT (since I can’t make another review with the same account): (One year later) I just had to have Cupcake come out again and unclog my drain. Another awesome customer service experience. Coe will be my go to plumbing company for as long as I’m in OKC.

We called on Thursday to have someone out to look at the pipes under the house. They were scheduled to come by on the following Monday, in the morning. On Monday, I received a call that they could schedule a fix for a leaky faucet. They had sent someone out on the previous Friday, when no one was home, and all he had done was walk around the house and check our hose faucets. He didn't look under the house at all. When I asked them to send someone out to check under the house, like they were supposed to do in the first place, they told me I would have to wait until Tuesday, which means taking another day off of work. They refused to send anyone else out on the scheduled day. They could have called me on Friday, and this might've been avoided. Instead, they waited to call me until Monday afternoon. Very disappointed.

I’d give Coe Plumbing 100 stars if I could. I worked with Chris and Kaylo and they were both amazing. They were diligent in solving the problem, even as more problems arose during their visit. They were helpful, funny, and understanding of my needs and wants. They gave me solid advice and talked me through what the problem was so that I could avoid more problems in the future. I will absolutely call Coe Plumbing next time the need arises.

I called Coe Plumbing for my grandmother because her main line was backed up. Cody and his partner came out the next morning and fixed it promptly at a great price. They were professional, fast, and friendly. I highly recommend Coe Plumbing.

I cannot say enough great things about Coe Plumbing. They work by a schedule so you know when they are going to be at your place. They’ve been out to my place multiple times and their plumbers are always kind and courteous. They are fairly priced and they clean up when they are finished. I would highly recommend these guys!!

I’ve used Coe Plumbing twice and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Extremely professional work @ a fair price. Today they crawled under my house wrapped up in plastic in a pool of sludge from a kitchen sink cast iron drain pipe that had totally disintegrated. They even took a video to show me the pipe. I even heard them giggling a few times which amazed me with the job they had to do early morning. I highly recommend this company! It was a pleasure doing business.

Reviews can be rewarding as well as challenging for both the consumer as well as the business. My experience with Up To Code Plumbing was terrific. We worked with American Home Shield regarding my water heater that was under warranty. I would like to thank both companies for their professionalism. Up To Code Plumbing, Edwardo the plumber, Amanda their girl friday, (a compliment) and Erik for their outstanding coordination with myself, and American Home Shield. They were respectful as to my needs, and expectations, and I relied on their professional expertise regarding my water heater. I believe in cooperation and expertise, this job worked out successfully! Now living in a single family home, we were landlords as well for 35 years with our own experiences. I say bravo Up To Code Plumbing, American Home Shield! Communication, communication, and communication, asking for what you need, being respectful all around is what we need more of these days. We had new toilet, kitchen sink and kitchen faucet installed by Coe Plumbing. The staff was nothing less than excellent. From the call to office making inquiry to setting appointment, to the install and repair. Very professional, patient with me while I asked countless questions in regard to the work and equipment. Besides excellent advise on products. The installers Daniel and Jose were very professional and proficient. The work was done in such an impressive manner. Respectful of my home and courteous. They also did a fabulous job on cleaning up the areas and removing my old toilet, faucet and sink. I would highly recommend Coe Plumbing for any job or task that falls in their expertise. Steve was fantastic. He came out promptly and was very professional, friendly, and wonderful. We got our issue resolved quickly and for significantly less money than we were quoted by another plumber. We will be using COE plumbing for any and all our future needs.

This team was great. They gave me the best of three quotes to go through the slab and fix a very tough-to-access obstruction. Finished the job in a timely manner and met the quote without any additional costs. The workers were very pleasant. Will use again!

We went nearly a year without running water due to the costs quoted to us for a re-pipe by several other companies. Stacy sent her guys out and they were able to get us up and running, affordably, in less than 4 hours. The only company I will be working with in the future.
