Called Schuler 5pm Monday evening - main drain fixed by 0915 Tuesday morning. Would have waited days longer with another company. Thanks Troy - very grateful - now life can go on.
Harley came out and had to do some digging and line replacement installed incorrectly when house was built. Great job - great customer service - Thanks Harley. Schuler has become the company to call with any plumbing issues.

They will be my go to source from now on. Affordable prices. I was skeptical about the $93 drain cleaning special they were running. Figured I'd get what I was paying for. They went above and beyond to get my plumbing issues solved. They even found the main drain that I was unaware of. And have had many other plumbers and companies come out to service this property over the last 21 years of ownership. Never had any other plumbers point out the main drain. I was paying extra for having plumbers snake from the roof. 🤦‍♀️

We had a water leak go unreported by our tenants for days. By the time we were made aware of it, it was Saturday around 5:00 p.m. Schuler plumbing had a great review re. the same type of leak. Twana was very pleasant and arranged to have a plumber at the rent house Sunday morning between 8 and 12 noon. At 7:45 am Sunday a very nice young man named Josh Schwartz was on the phone with us and he was at the rent house immediately. It was the “Hottest” day of the summer (115 humidity) and he worked for almost 12 hours. He had the water leak located quickly and it was one muddy swamp under the house and in the flowerbed where the leak was located. Josh is a dedicated, personable, hard working, and excellent plumber. We are so grateful to have found Josh. He is definitely the plumber you want to ask for when you call Schuler plumbing. Twana is whom you want to talk to at Schuler plumbing and she will make sure you are taken care of! Thank you again Josh for all your hard work!!!

I called Schuyler because they were original plumbers on new home project. I had a hot water tank outlet leaking and the charged $100 to tighten a fitting that they should have correctly completed on initial install. This company was originally Terry’s plumbing but changed name due to failure of their plumbers. They totally destroyed and delayed my new home build. They demolished our dream home. I only had them come back because I thought warranties covered problem

My technician Orlando Lucero was awesome!! He explained to me what the city was looking at when they said I had a water leak. He was very courteous and professional in his service. Had the heart of a teacher. I very much appreciate him and the job he did.Two thumbs way up!

We had mottler out at our house today for a bad water heater. He was very informative, laid out all our options and was very efficient. I appreciated his honesty when we asked questions and 10/10 will call again to have work done with Schuler due to his customer service!

Buyer Beware!! These thieves charge $275 whether it takes 30 minutes or 3 hours and a $149 tech trip charge. In our case they forgot our scheduled appointment and only sent a crew out after I contacted them after missing the scheduled time frame for our service. It was the simplest of things to fix and there tech's were here less than 30 minutes. On top of that the service was 27 days ago and they are just now withdrawing the charge that we did not get an invoice for until today when I demanded one. Find another plumber is my recommendation. Oh and I forgot to mention they do not honor their $100 off or no service charge coupons that you might click on too on-line like I did. Classic Bait and Switch Robber's this outfit is. 👎

I called on a Friday afternoon because my water heater was overflowing with water in my garage. They had a tech sent same day, waived the fee and then installed a NEW water heater on Saturday before 3pm! Great,fast, friendly and genuine service!! Thank you again!!

Orlando did an amazing job taking out large tree roots to even get to the leaking line. Once he assessed the multiple water lines involved, he quickly resolved our water problem. Orlando exceeded all our expectations with his customer service attitude and expertise. Schuler Plumbing reacted quickly to my call and Orlando did a great job for us.

Zach came out last Thursday (02/13/25) and installed a NorthStar Water Softener at my house. I was called by the office on Monday and was asked if I already had salt or if they would need to order some and bring it. I asked them to bring some because I had already used my last bag and hadn't made it to the store yet to get some.

Zach called me before coming to the house and asked if I had salt. I told him no, but I could pick some up because I was already in Yukon.

After Zach arrived, he asked if we wanted the valves replaced. I told him yes and was told it would be extra (not a big deal; they had to be replaced anyway, but I wasn't expecting it).

I was initially quoted $3,388 for the water softener and installation. In the end, the total came out to $4225.50. So for four valves (one of which was added to a line going into a laundry room that was not even needed for the installation), some PEX line, a drain line, and Zach’s trip to pick up the valves and drain line, I paid $837.50, which blows my mind. I was not in a place to argue, so we just made it work.

As Zach left, he left me with his number in case I needed other plumbing work and didn't want to go through the company; cool, I'd rather have a plumber in my back pocket if I needed one.

On Tuesday (02/18/25), I checked the app associated with Northstar water softeners and noticed that I had no usage. I downloaded the water softener manual (it did not come with one or wasn't left) and began to read over it to figure out the bypass valve, which I didn't see on the softener. The manual shows two different setups for the bypass, one on the water softener that is factory installed and a valve setup that allows for bypass. As I looked over the water softener, I still did not locate a bypass (the one on the water softener and the one in the manual do not look the same), but I did see the valves Zach installed, and the setup looked exactly like the manual. I noted that the center valve was in the off position. I then took a picture of it, texted Zach, and asked if that's what it should look like and if it was the bypass. It was kind of late; however, not super late, I believe it was 7:30. I never heard back from him as of Wednesday (02/19/25) and was about to call the company to have someone come out and look over the water softener to ensure proper installation and set up.

Before calling, I watched a YouTube video of the same model while standing in front of mine. The creator showed where the bypass valve and the water line valves were. I noticed the valves Zach installed, specifically the middle valve, were supposed to be open, and the bypass valve was on the back side of the softener on the left-hand side and needed to be pulled out to be in service. I corrected the valve he installed and noticed the bypass valve was in the out-of-service position. After several attempts to put the water softener bypass in service, I figured out that due to the built-up pressure, I needed to run a faucet and then pull/twist the bypass to put it in service.

I do not recommend Schuler Plumbing for the simple fact that I paid $837.50 extra for just a little bit of stuff and some extra time (that wasn't in my control). Zach did not put the water softener into service and just expected me to know it wasn't or how to get it working correctly.

Josh call me to let me know he was on the way. When Josh got to my house he informed me what he was going to do. Josh was very nice and polite. Josh did a great job . When he was done he cleaned up the site he was very professional. Josh talk to me with respect. Josh know his job and he did it well. I also made a new friend. Josh came out to service my facility after hours and he was hands down the best plumber I have worked with. He was a straight shooter, got the job done quick, efficient, and safe. 100% will call back if I have another crappy situation lol

Got this companies number via recommendation of the sister company Integrity heat and air and honestly both of these companies haven’t impressed me by any means if you want to see what I said about integrity go to my reviews .
So the first time we scheduled we had to reschedule due to the plumbers house catching on fire .? Not sure if that was actually the case but I understood and rescheduled . The tech they sent out to the property was okay but we ended up having to take pictures on our phones because the equipment was running low on battery which I understand things happen but we felt rushed through out this process .
When we found damage in the pipe on the camera and other issues with in the house we asked for pricing and were told by the tech he wasn’t sure because he had been out of work due to medical leave and was still catching up on things since Covid .
The tech was in general very sketch and nervous through out the process gave me the vibe that this was one of his first jobs .
Also when we asked about looking at the water heater which was in the attic (older home) he had to use the owners ladder to get up there he didn’t even have a damn ladder on his truck .? Didn’t show up in company vehicle either so when we met him infront of the home it was awkward .
I’m not impressed with this whole process we contacted the company and they have stated that they would just charge us a $100.00 instead of $325.00 which I’m happy with but I now have to go get another inspection.
Via my realtor so I can actually get a estimate on the work that needs to be take care of in this home that I’m looking to buy .

Harli is very trustworthy. I’m comfortable letting him do his job and I don’t have to worry about anything. I thought today’s job was too expensive, because of the time it took to fix it. I would use your company again, however.

They were very understanding and accommodating to get Harlie to the house. He was very professional and got right to fixing the water pipe the critter chewed on causing the leak. I about choked on the price, but had to get this fixed.
