5 Star plumbing is a family. Scotty, the ramrod on my job is the brother of the owner. Scotty's crew was a brother, brother-in-law and a nephew. they did a fantastic job. They were the only plumbing outfit that gave me a very, very reasonable price for the work done. They had to knock a 8' long trench in the kitchen to replace 50 year old piece of cast iron sewer line. I could not be more happy with the work. I will not hesitate to contact them the next time I need a plumber. If you want a professional job done right, and at a fair price. Do not hesitate to contact 5 Star Plumbing.

I am very impressed with Scotty and his crew. They worked diligently on my main line root clog until it was open and free flowing. They kept me informed on what was happening through the whole process. They also told me my options for preventing future issues. Overall totally pleased with Five Star's services.

The absolute best in plumbing, electric, and remodeling/ restoration. They have been proficient reliable and hard working. Over our 28 years at this address, many services have been needed. From original email to chat with scheduler, to the plumber leaving after completing the job, never had a better service. Price was MORE than fair. AAA experience. USE THEM!!!

We had our countertops redone and were recommended to this facility for reconnecting our sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. It was exceptionally unprofessional from start to finish. The gentleman who came struggled to install our faucet. Then left with the job incomplete and the dishwasher not being connected. They told us what we needed to finish the job and it would be something my husband could easily do. If not, he could come back later to finish the job. After they left I went to pull the faucet down and it wouldn’t budge beyond an inch. The hot and cold were reversed. My husband did what he said… but our dishwasher wouldn’t work. We tried different loads and it kept giving us an error and never finishing the dishes. My husband wound up fixing the issue. The plug on the new garbage disposal was left on when they connected the tubing from the dishwasher. So my husband corrected everything from their attempts. Absolute waste of time using this company. We have yet to see a bill, but I’m sure that will bring forth more issues once we get charged for an incomplete and horrid job, as well as charging us for a tube of plumbers putty when they can use that for loads of jobs.

Came out to our house to give a quote for rooting our system. When we scheduled we told them we had a coupon for $100 off and no service fees. They never mentioned their service fee would be $150 just to come out. They quoted $550 and my husband told them wed figure out our end and call back. We wound up going with a different company in Norman that only charged us $93 and it took them less than an hour.

Great customer service from the initial call to the repair done the next day. I highly recommend Schuler Plumbing. Bowen was polite, professional and very neat while he fixed the leak at the shower spout/diverter.

Very friendly professional and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing. I can not wait to see my brand new tub 😉

I called them for service. They showed up within 2 hours. Technician was very helpful and did an outstanding job. Definitely recommend them. I hope I don't need them again but if I do that's who I'm calling.

Fantastic experience with these guys!
After a rough day yesterday with MORE plumbing issues, we needed HELP!
We had time wasted by other plumbers, so coming across Schuler for help was a delight!
Troy called us back this morning promptly at 7:30 am to let us know his arrival time. Didn't realize it would be so quick! He was punctual, polite, and respectful. He promptly started working on our issue and made extra efforts to help us confirm that our issue was with the city. We appreciate all the effort and would recommend Shuler Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.---

Welp! Update on old Schuler, they had been so good.
Then they scheduled us for today 6/29, on some emergency work THAT WE NEEDED LIKE 10 DAYS AGO! We talked to them around 11:30 am, and they said, "After lunch". They called us about 1/2 hour later or less canceling the whole thing.
GAVE US NO EXPLANATION OR ANY RESOLUTIONS, all they brought was more issues to deal with, no reason why or anything.
The City of OKC, Suntech, and now you guys (Schuler) can't even help a single residential home clear a discharge line in an efficient time frame. OKC seems to be a joke when it comes to quality home services. lol

DO NOT RELY ON SCHULER, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN LIKE THE REST.

Troy was very professional and courteous. He did everything possible to correctly identify the problem and provide the best solution. I appreciate the fact that he took his time to make sure he got everything right!

Just had George H. come out and replace a broken garden spigot due to the cold weather. Easy job for him. Looks great and George is very professional. Definitely recommend!

Truly disappointed in Schuler Plumbing. We spoke with them on Friday, they said they could come out on Saturday from 9-3. After waiting a few hours we called to check in and they said it would be after 12 PM, we got a call at 12:30 stating that they could not come by at all as promised and we would have to wait until Monday. So here we are having waisted a whole Saturday waiting for nothing and our plumbing issues are still not resolved.

We just had a Delta "Charmaine" Single Handle Kitchen faucet installed by Mike from Schuler Plumbing. This was not an easy install. We have a reverse osmosis water system installed which caused some problems. Mike was able to make the necessary adjustments and complete the job sooner than expected. Good job Mike.

The Job is small it will take a hour online it say varies in price from 100-300 to change a cartridge they want to charge me $605.00 so i would check prices before using this company ! When i asked the very guy why it's so much he said thats what his price sheet says. No one from the company has called so i guess they dont want my Business

I was provided excellent service both technicians Troy and Josh did an amazing job. Very professional and very courteous explained everything in detail. Will be definitely using this company again.

Harley came out to my apartment complex today. I can say as the maintenance supervisor I was highly impressed with his knowledge and customer service definitely will recommend to others.

I had to repair a leak in my crawl space and replace the service line to the city meter. Troy did a great job with the entire job. Here is a list of what he did.
1. Evaluated the problem and discussed my options to repair the water line.
2. Troy went into the crawl space to assess the pipe that was causing the problem. He first had to remove a dead cat that was in the crawl space and in the path to the damaged pipe. He didn't flinch. Grabbed a garbage bag and shovel and got the dead critter out of there. He had the job locked up after that.
* The other plumber that showed up at the same time did not want to go into the crawl space to assess the damage. He left as soon as the Schuler truck pulled up to the house.
3. After looking at the damaged pipe in the crawl space, he discussed the options for repair. Very straight forward. We both agreed that the entire service line needed to be replaced and the pipe repaired in the crawl space.
4. Troy put together the repair estimate right there at my house before leaving. He sent it to my phone and I approved it before he ever left. This made it so easy for me to get this repair done fast.
5. Troy scheduled the repair for the next day. Arrived at 11:00 am and was done at 4:00 pm. He took no breaks and here is all of what he did.
* Dug out 30 ft. trench (2 1/2 ft. deep) from house to meter and removed the old PVC line.
* Replaced the damaged pipe in the crawl space and installed a new outdoor faucet.
* Installed new PEX water line from meter to house with a shut-off valve and valve box.
* Cleaned up the front yard and he was done. All in 5 hours.
6. Troy was running late on the day of repair but texted me to let me know when he would be at my house. He answered all of my questions about the repair work and was happy to do so.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Best experience I've had with a repair job at my house.

Schuler Plumbing did a great job replacing my sewer line. They were communicative, fairly priced and Josh was thorough and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Worst people I’ve ever felt with! I had renters in our short term rental. I cashed and they said they could be there between 8am and 5pm. They showed up at 5:15pm. They knew we were in a tough spot and didn’t waste any time trying to exploit our situation. A $2,500 job (and that’s high) was quoted at $5k. I decided to not get taken advantage of and instead refund my renters stay and told them not to do the new water heater. After I turned down the service the plumber left the house in disarray with a pipe leaking water every time cold water was used. If you give these people your money you’re crazy!
