They were very polite and tried their best to complete their task,But to no avail couldn't get the job done,Also they tried to quote a different price from the price that I had been,Quote and given. From the price range an solid price. Was not the best company as far as meaning what they say about their prices and hour rates so be careful and Cautious.

Adam was prompt, communicated clearly at all times and was very fast and efficient. I am scheduling more work to be done by Five Star. I would recommend them to anyone.

Five Star Plumbing is the perfect name for this company. Wish we were able to find them in the beginning as the others we tried just wanted to upsell us to a new water heater.

After 4 days without hot water, Five Star Plumbing came out and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and we were up and running. Glad we found this team. Scotty and his partner did a great job for us!

They worked quickly and steadily to get our water back on the same day after a mystery search for the leak took some time. Their attitudes were fabulous. Had a leaking main line coming out from underneath the house and I needed a septic tank located for a clean out. They showed up and took care of all these issues. Very nice crew, great quality work, and communication was outstanding.

Matt came out today to help w my home I rent. I wasn't available but my kids were here. Very polite and courteous. I had to call him after he left to find out what needs to be done, and he didnt hesitate to answer my questions. Very patient w me on phone and helped me to understand what needs to be done. Anthony came by my house and was very professional and courtesy. He called before to let me know how far out he was. He arrived and was very professional and explained the pricing up front and I was really appreciative of that. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I had him do an estimate for me as well and he wanted to make sure he was right on the pricing so he called to verify and was able to give me a quick estimate as well. It is hard to find good customer service these days but you have a great employee in Anthony and his apprentice. Keep up the great work and I will definitely call back if I have any other issues

Please educate drivers on the left lane law. Blocking lane for 1 mile+ with space to get over

Customer service is not great, especially when their poor workmanship is brought to their attention. Have worked with them a few times and was overcharged on two projects, which they failed to properly complete. Their response to my request for them to stand behind their work; “I’m running a business, I can’t afford to pay the guys to come back out without charging you again.” No warranty on work whatsoever.

They were professional and did a great job. They called to ask if I'd be ready for them to come early and I was, so they showed up an hour early. They gave a fair estimate. After we agreed on the rate and established expectations, they quickly got to work in the frigid January weather. After having to dig under the sidewalk to find a suspected "burst" pipe, there were potential factors that could have made the job's cost skyrocket. They promptly let us know that the estimate might need to be adjusted. They explained the potential issue and said they'd work as best they could to avoid having to destroy our driveway. Luckily, the problem was located just outside the driveway and the estimated cost was accurate. What we thought was going to be a burst pipe, ended up being an inadequately clamped pipe connector that caused the pipes to separate at the connection.
Although it was not fun having to pay for this kind of repair, if I had to do it again, I'd gladly call Five Star Plumbing again. They also offer a military discount and our repair work was requested, quoted, and completed same day within a 4 hour window.

Super helpful, professional and efficient with their time. They were able to get someone out to me within an hour and half. I was so grateful! Will definitely be using them again and asking for Adam if i need a plumber!

Scotty was the name of the guy that came out, he was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. I was very impressed super, friendly professional truck, professional appearance; really knew his stuff, pointed out and explained everything clearly so I could understand it. The reviews for this plumbing company are spot on. I would not use anyone else.

They arrived on time. The men told and showed the broken pieces. Made fast work of fixing it. The cost was very reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves so everything is working again and we have water. Very pleased it didn't take days only less then 2 hours. They were very nice young men.
