I was very impressed with how quick they made it out to clear a drain. First call in the morning and them leaving with the job done before I had to take my girl to afternoon Pre-K. Very professional, easy to talk with, and thorough. Will definitely use Andy again.

Prompt service, excellent prices and friendly service. Andy's did the job right and answered any questions we had. We had a toilet that was leaking and not flushing right. Andy's fixed it in about an hour, and didn't leave any mess for me to clean up afterwards.

Called Andy at 9am with a leak in my water heater. He was there before 11am, fixed it, left no mess and looked over my second water heater to make sure nothing was wrong with it also.
Quick, clean and professional. Good People all around.

Andy has help us twice - once on our residence and once on a rental property.
He installed plumbing for a washing machine and made a vent exit for a dryer. He also installed a toilet.
Both times he was prompt and efficient. His charges are fair and his work is excellent.

My water heater broke and leaked water into the house onto my living room carper. I called Andy's Plumbing of Friday evening and he was here promptly at 9am on Saturday morning to replace my water heater and water vacuumed my carpet 2 times to get the excess water out of the carpet. He was all done by noon. I would recommend Andy to anyone who needs a plumber. He didn't mind coming out on a Saturday morning to take care of my problem. He was very efficient and polite and caring. Thank you Andy for taking care of me so quickly.

Sent Andy an email on New Years day and he was out to fix my water heater the next day. He was prompt and very professional. Andy’s plumbing did a fantastic job! Andy installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He cleaned off the debris under the old faucet deck plate before putting in the new faucet. He scrubbed the old plumber’s putty off under the old quick lock trim set before he put in the new trim set to ensure we had no leaks. He explained how to fill the new soap dispenser, unlock the aerator (so we’d know how if it was needed in the future), and how to use the special wrench on the disposal when we have clogs. He cleaned up his work area and took out the old equipment/trash, when he was finished. I highly recommend Andy’s plumbing. He paid attention to the small details and thoroughly explained and educated me on things I needed to know about my new faucet and disposal. He was prompt and completed his work in a timely manner. I also liked the $10 off coupon.

We've called Andy twice for our new home and he was able to come to our house within a day or two each visit. He fixed our kitchen sink, had a great granite contact, and was honest, trustworthy, super polite and informative. I appreciate that he is a small, local business owner who cares about his business. We will definitely be calling him again in the future!

I have used their services recently and a number of years ago. Good people and will get you taken care or point you in the proper direction as plumbing is multi-faceted. You can't be everything to a customer and it's good to have someone that knows their trade and business enough to take care of you or provide solid counsel for what to do next. I have been in the property service industry for more than 4 years now, and never had I had such a bad experience right off the bat. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not focused on customer service. I called to request a leak detection service, and the person who answered the phone was very rude right away. He did not even ask what service I requested when he said not for sale, which does not make sense at all, as I was not requesting to buy or sell anything. I only wanted to schedule a visit for leak detection.

Called Andy the same day. He showed up within 2 hours and fixed all the issues I had.

Remington called as soon as he was dispatched and arrived when he said he would. He was very efficient, informative, and friendly. He had the problem fixed within 15 minutes and was on his way. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

Scotty prevented a potential tragedy. Too stiff to move much myself, I wouldn't have seen what Scotty saw & simply sent the new gas stove back as it was the wrong one. Scotty saw that the back metal panel had been bowed out from the pressure of loose fire bricks, visible through an opening & easily moved with a finger. Attempted use of the stove's bottom broiler could well cause a fire.

The above occurred around Labor Day 2024. However, in spring of 2024, at 6 am of a Friday morning, a rear foot of our old claw foot tub collapsed. It upended the tub which broke the pipe connections so we had Niagara in the house. Couldn't find a cutoff valve, nor a plumber at that hour, so the city came to shut off the water by 7 am. After 8 am, there still wasn't a plumber to be had, except for Five Star Plumbing. They said they'd manage somehow by the end of the day. At 6 Carson pulled up, small backhoe trailered behind him, & jury rigged our plumbing so we could have water again. Great guy, courteous & understanding. Since then Five Star has ordered & installed a new claw foot tub & fixtures. And they also replaced our waterline. This last job was done so well & efficiently that another contractor who watched asked for an estimate himself. Now, on April 29th 2025, Five Star came on the same day I called about a flooded water heater in the cellar below our 1921 house. Despite several previous floods this time the heater couldn't revive (2006). Scotty told me its age & rusted condition, & he & his partner replaced it on the same day. That was a mess despite a new sump pump going in the previous day, but those guys did a great job, including going for a new water heater. They are knowledgeable, courteous, safety conscious, & work well. Definitely a Five Star rating. AND the front office people are great, too.

Carson and his assistant at Five Star plumbing did a great job fixing a leak in our supply line. They were timely and showed up at the early end of the estimated range. They assessed the problem, gave us several options, and did not try to push us to do any of them. The repair was fast and we had our water on quickly. I highly recommend Five Star for any plumbing issue you have.

The repair man notified me before showing up Address the issue gave me a quote for fixing. It did quality work. Left the house clean what highly recommend them and give them five stars as their name requires.
