I called this company after another service provider was unable to meet me at the scheduled time. They were able to get to my house within an hour of my initial call. The service tech was able to see my problem pretty quickly and determined it was not an issue with plumbing, but my air unit. They are a Sister company to an air conditioner company and they were able to get the air conditioner company to come out today as well and fix the problem. The technician was very courteous and easily explained the situation to me. I would recommend this company!

Had a Labor Day leak that trashed our family's plans for the day. I called Schuler, had great customer service, and was able to get someone out by the end of the day. Josh was quick to recognize the issue and laid out the options I had clearly. He got right to work, was able to finish by the end of the day, and he was awesome to work with! Very professional!

I found a water leak from our fridge this morning, and made an emergency call to Schuler. I knew I wasn't calm enough, and my explanation was really confusing, but the lady on the phone was so kind and patient.
From her talk, I could tell their schedule was already tight, but she said she would try to arrange to send somebody to us during the regular hours. And then... in less than half hour, I got a call from one of their worker on the way! (Amazing!) He detected the cause of the leak so quickly, and his work was just so great. His explanation about the cost was also good. I really appreciate all of them. Thank you!

Harley was wonderful. I didn’t end up having a plumbing issue which was great news but prior to knowing that he was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He had every right to tell me there was no issue and leave but he gave me a few things to look into to help figure out what the issue was. If ever have an issue again, I’d prefer to have him back.

Schuyler Plumbing was awesome! I had a pressure problem with my water that was hard to diagnose but Gary kept working to find the problem and he brought in Jacob to help. They were finally able to find the hidden issue, fix it and fixed the shower problem caused by the pressure issue. I am so grateful for their dedication to service and making sure the problems were solved. I will recommend them to all my family and friends who need a plumber.
