This location is by far the best location in Oklahoma City. And probably the state as well. Allen knows the product better than anybody. He can answer all questions. That is a rare resource in these parts houses

I cannot leave zero stars or I would. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store but today I was quoted a price that was 3 times retail. I asked if they made a mistake and she said no. I noted that I could go next doors to Lowes and pay 1/3 for the identical item. She shrugged her shoulders.

Just to be clear, I spent 1k at Lowes today on plumbing supplies and not at Locke Supply because I can. I then went to Central Electrical Supply and spent $500 more on electrical supplies because I can.

This is by far the best locke in the okc area. The guys behind the counter are friendly and always looking to help you out and answer any questions. They work hard. The ladies stocking the shelf are always busy and working hard take sure you find the parts you're looking for. It's well managed! It's a great experience everytime.

I found the likely problem with my AC by googling (furnace fan capacitor), but wasn't to sure where to get one Immediately. A quick google search show Locke Supply would likely have one. I walked in the door and was quickly helped, they tested the old one (it was bad), got me a replacement (even cheaper than Amazon) and told me if that didn't fix it there was another non-expensive part that could be broken too and that I should try that before I hire someone. Super friendly to people who are just handy and willing to DIY.

Waited almost 30 minutes for any sales (we were the only ppl in the showroom)
Person contact. Salesperson was distracted by their child in office, which i generally dont have an issue with but when spending 4K on 5 faucets, undivided attention would have been nice. Showroom had a high quality, large selection and offerings were nicely presented.

For the last year I’ve been building a house & Sarah @ Locke/unique beginnings helped us on several things plumbing fixtures, lighting & hardware. They have a better selection than the others in the city. Sarah was patient & super helpful in picking things out. The house is finished and looks great. So happy we went outside our builders chosen vendors and went with Locke saved us some $$ and got better stuff!!

It will be a very nice show room when they complete set up.
