I contacted Chase The Plumber at noon on a Friday. They answered immediately and said they would send someone out. Thomas called and verified that 3:30pm would work. He arrived RIGHT ON TIME! They did great work and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend, and I'll definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

Second time to use Chase. They are thorough, courteous, and know their business. It isn't ever fun to have to call out a plumber, but when one is needed it's nice to be able to have one you know you can trust.

My tankless hot water heater needed servicing. Chase and Thomas saved the day. They got me taken care of that same afternoon! My water is consistently hot again, and they even went above and beyond to ensure my unit was running as best as it could even after I paid. The thing I liked is that Thomas clearly laid out what the problem was and ways to fix it. It was no pressure and I felt well-informed to make the right call for my budget. They're local and they know their stuff. Five stars!
